The Director Strategic Accounts (DSA) has customer facing account responsibility to achieve sales growth and drive utilization through optimal formulary access for the entire NA Pharmaceutical portfolio of products in key targeted Integrated Health System customers. The candidate must effectively collaborate with stakeholders in these enterprise accounts to establish relationships with C-suite and D-Suite clinical, operational and population health stakeholders.
This individual will negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to provide access for products using clinical and economic value propositions and marketing resources to obtain favorable formulary status. The DSA navigates the complex health system marketplace and works to achieve maximum account penetration to increase scope and areas of influence within assigned accounts, which will include Health Systems/IDNs and their affiliated GPO.
The DSA provides total Johnson &amp; Johnson Innovative Medicine Portfolio leadership in these Enterprise Accounts by organizing the local One J&amp;J account team and leading the One J&amp;J business planning and execution to drive incremental portfolio results across all franchises in these most important Enterprise customers.

Position Requirements

 The base salary range for this role is determined based on several factors. These include but are not limited to job accountabilities; skill sets; experience and training; certifications; work location; competitive market rates and other business needs. At Galderma, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on a unique combination of factors for each role. A reasonable estimate of the hiring range for this role is $200,000-$230,000

What We Need
 Corpay is currently looking to hire a Strategic Account Manager within our NA Fuel division. This position falls under our Corpay line of business and is located in Brentwood, TN. In this role, you will serve as the primary client services contact that is responsible for supporting retention, client satisfaction and issue resolution of their assigned accounts. This position is responsible for assisting with all aspects of client relationships to ensure satisfaction and effective use of products and services. Account Managers are assigned a portfolio of customers and is responsible for understanding and resolving issues pertaining to products utilized by the client. You will report directly to the Senior Manager of Operations and regularly collaborate with various departments.

Qualifications & Skills
