We are seeking a Strategic Business Director (SBD) to support the launch of a cardiovascular product in the critical care space. In this highly strategic, field-based role, you will engage key stakeholders across complex hospital systems, academic institutions, integrated delivery networks (IDNs), and GPOs to drive product adoption and market access. Reporting to the Syneos Health Area Business Director, you will serve as a critical liaison with priority regional accounts and help shape execution within institutional channels.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Drive business development and product adoption within key academic institutions, IDNs, and GPOs by targeting appropriate prescribers, influencers, and decisionmakers.</li><li>
Build and maintain detailed account profiles, including protocol processes, pull through targets, and key influencers.</li><li>
Evaluate unique needs of complex institutional customers and collaborate cross functionally (Managed Markets, Trade, Value Access, Contracting, Medical, HEOR, Marketing).</li><li>
Engage pharmacy directors, medical directors, P&amp;T committees, contracting managers, service line directors, and clinical staff to support adoption.</li><li>
Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Area Sales Directors, MSLs, and other colleagues.</li><li>
Partner with National Account Managers and Managed Markets leadership to communicate contracts, pricing, and other HEOR financial interactions.</li></ul>
Essential Requirements<ul><li>
BA/BS degree</li><li>
10+ years pharmaceutical/biotech experience</li><li>
7+ years working with large academic health systems, IDNs, and/or GPOs, ideally in Critical Care or Cardiology</li><li>
Contract management experience</li><li>
Strong knowledge of Managed Care coverage and product reimbursement</li><li>
Experience collaborating across marketing, medical, field teams, and market access functions</li><li>
Understanding of EMR systems, CPOE, and order set development</li><li>
Ability to travel more than 50%</li><li>

What'll You'll Do
The Senior Director, Strategic Accounts will take on a central role in ensuring the successful monetization of SSP publisher clients and maximizing the utilization of Nexxen SSP&rsquo;s product offering. This position encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

In support of pay transparency and equity, the minimum and maximum full-time annual base salary for this role is $140,000 - $200,000 at the time of posting, with the potential of an incentive. Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location.  About The Role
 
 
 
 In this role as a Strategic Account Manager, Legal for MENA region, you will:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as an expert for legal tech/AI solutions and advise clients to improve work efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Sell TR legal solutions to existing and new clients within the designated territory.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain deep knowledge of the designated accounts/territory and the clients&rsquo; workflow and challenges.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strategically develop, execute and maintain a growth-centric business plan and own overall strategy for revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop strong, high level, contact network within the designated territory including C and E level executives and department heads.
 </li>
 <li>
 Establish strong, long-term customer relationships and identifies new business opportunities and maintains relationships with key decision makers.
 </li>
 <li>
 Apply knowledge of business and its constituent workflows to conceive and position value-added solutions to promote sales and revenue growth.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain accurate pipeline on salesforce for forecast and reporting purposes.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain up to date product knowledge on all products and solutions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Serve as a business advisor to promote long term relationships with the client and drives overall customer satisfaction.

 About You
 
 
 
 To be considered for this role as a Strategic Account Manager, Legal for MENA region, you will have:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience working with (Corporates, governments, and law firms) in MENA markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong sales experience, preferably within the legal/regulatory / SAS related field with a legal/ technology/business educational background or related field.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fluency in Arabic and English.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of customers and their business model and workflows.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship building skills and experience in establishing C level relationship.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven commercial experience in a customer facing environment required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Problem solving skills and ability to understand, articulate, structure and solve client needs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Presentation and communication skills: ability to deliver presentations and communicate at all levels within an organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong collaboration skills &amp; strong interpersonal skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Self-confident and comfortable working under limited supervision.
 </li>
 <li>
 A desire to compete and win business in a team setting.
 </li>
