The primary role of a Strategic Account Executive at Raken is to sell as a hunter and farmer in Raken&rsquo;s upmarket segment. You will be expected to land and win new business accounts through various sources and prospecting efforts, in addition to expanding and upselling into existing customer accounts, and maintaining repeat business purchase with renewal outreach efforts. This role encompasses all aspects of the software sales cycle - prospecting, lead qualification and discovery, product demonstrations, trial and/or pilot testing, negotiation, closing, relationship management, strategic expansion, growth, and retention.
This is a remote position for candidates located anywhere in the continental US. If a candidate is local to the San Diego area - the position is available as a hybrid role with the company HQ/Office located in Carlsbad, CA.

Role Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Full-Cycle New Business, Expansion and Retention sales into Raken&rsquo;s Upmarket Customer Category</li><li>
Prospect and engage with potential customers via both outbound sales and inbound lead processes</li><li>
Follows Raken sales process and methodology as instructed</li><li>
Hits and exceeds sales quota in designated strategic customer accounts and new business accounts</li><li>
Establishes, maintains, and uncovers new productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts</li><li>
Coordinates the involvement of Raken company personnel, including customer success and product and management resources, in order to meet account performance objectives</li><li>
Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis</li><li>
Record strong level of CRM detail and organization regarding the status of your accounts and opportunities</li><li>
Scheduling/Providing discovery and qualification calls, followed by product demonstrations and follow-up meetings</li><li>
Monitor customer usage of Raken and provide best practice recommendations</li><li>
Daily/Weekly/Monthly meetings with sales team</li><li>
Represent our organization at trade shows, conferences, and events</li></ul>
Requirements:

Skills, Qualifications and Attributes:<ul><li>
5+ years of SaaS sales experience</li><li>
Experience selling into construction, or have been involved in construction industry</li><li>
Experience landing net new customer logos through outbound and inbound workflows</li><li>
Experience with strategic account management and upselling/expansion selling techniques</li><li>
Smart, ambitious, willing to learn and must be coachable</li><li>
Customer-centric sales style - focused on helping and creating value for our customer instead of just &quot;making a sale&quot;</li><li>
Team-oriented, but competitive nature</li><li>

Collaborate with cross-functional experts internally, as well as GSI &amp; Alliance partners externally, to best align with global customers and win new business opportunities
</li><li>Driving Sales Strategy &ndash; Develop a deep understanding of the customer strategies, priorities, needs and organizational structure. Develop tailored account plans to ensure revenue target delivery and balanced growth.
</li><li>Promoting a Customer Focus &ndash; Work to understands each account&rsquo;s strategic growth plans, technology strategy and the competitive landscape.
</li><li>Conducting Pipeline Planning - ability to manage &amp; grow perpetual pipeline. You will collaborate with support organizations including marketing, alliance partners and channels
</li><li>Demonstrating Alteryx &amp; Analytic Proficiency &ndash; Be proficient in the Alteryx platform and product portfolio. Ability to effectively articulate the Alteryx value proposition.

<ul><li>Minimum 10 years&rsquo; sales experience with enterprise software sales for a high-growth company
</li><li>5 years + experience selling to, and influencing, C-level executives ( including CFO, CIO, CSO, CDAO &amp; CDO) at Global 2000 companies on six-to-seven figure deal opportunities
</li><li>Strong selling and presentation skills
</li><li>Successful experience of working with and managing people across functions and geographies to a desired outcome
</li><li>Ability to show knowledge and validate experience on Value Selling methodologies including incorporating Customer Success strategies that drive multiyear enterprise license partnerships
</li></ul>Compensation:
Alteryx is committed to fair, equitable, and transparent compensation. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as your relevant work experience, education, certifications, skills, and geographic location.
The salary range for this role in the USA $130,000-$170,000 (x2 OTE).

The ImmunoDiagnostics Division (IDD) develops, manufactures, and markets complete blood test systems to support the clinical diagnosis and monitoring of allergy, asthma and autoimmune diseases. The allergy and autoimmunity product lines operate on a common instrument platform, Phadia Laboratory Systems, which supports both productivity and cost efficiencies in clinical laboratories around the world.
The territory is a remote position covering all of Upstate NY and all of PA, and must live PA or Upstate NY to manage the territory.
What will you do?<ul><li>
Present and sell our value proposition at the C-Suite level, as well as ensure total account agreement and happiness. Understand the dynamics of healthcare delivery in designated markets.</li><li>
Protect our current base through excellent account management to grow our Autoimmune business in all key markets. This requires effectively balancing the financial goals of the organization and the customer to sell capital equipment to secure long-term contracts and relationships with customers.</li><li>
Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Market Development team, and District Managers to facilitate effective, appropriate instrument placements to drive sustained clinical adoption in assigned territory.</li><li>
Grow autoimmune market share through conversions using all contractual options (purchase, lease, and placement). Sell Capital serving as IDDs Instrument specialist.</li><li>
Travel is frequent, at approximately 50% of total time.</li></ul>
How will you get here?<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree is required preferably in business, sciences or a related field</li></ul>
Experience<ul><li>
5+ years of relevant commercial diagnostic sales experience, or related, working in partnership with senior level team members</li><li>
2+ years successful experience in capital diagnostic or medical device sales, and a track record of success as a Regional Account Manager or equivalent is preferred</li><li>
Prefer successful C-Suite sales history</li><li>
Prior Medical Technologist, Clinical Laboratory Technicians (CLTs) or Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) background or other hands on&rsquo; laboratory experience is a plus.</li></ul>
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities<ul><li>
Shown success and strength in developing customer relationships and translating customer business goals and challenges into company-provided solutions and services</li><li>

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in New York is $87,600.00&ndash;$140,000.00.
