ABOUT THE ROLE</div>
Snowflake is seeking an experienced, strategic Senior Manager of Executive Communications to help shape and scale communications for our corporate leadership, including the CEO, CFO, Chief People Officer, and VP of Strategic Initiatives.
This role sits at the center of Snowflake&rsquo;s leadership narrative, translating business strategy into clear, compelling communications that resonate with employees, customers, partners, and the broader market. You will serve as a trusted advisor and operator, driving executive messaging across internal and external platforms while ensuring alignment, consistency, and impact.
This role is for a communications leader who thrives at the intersection of strategy, storytelling, and execution and who is comfortable influencing at the highest levels of the organization.<div>
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</div>
Executive Communications Leadership<ul><li>
Serve as a core communications partner for Snowflake&rsquo;s corporate leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives</li><li>
Shape executive messaging and positioning, and tone to ensure clarity, credibility, and alignment with company strategy</li></ul>
Executive Messaging &amp; Thought Leadership<ul><li>
Lead development of executive messaging, talking points, and written communications across key moments including company milestones, financial announcements, cultural initiatives, and strategic priorities</li><li>
Shape and produce executive thought leadership content, including social media posts, op-eds, and long-form narratives, in close partnership with PR, social, and marketing teams</li></ul> 
Briefings &amp; Strategic Materials<ul><li>
Own creation of executive briefing materials for speaking engagements, employee forums, and key communications engagements</li><li> 
Synthesize complex business and technology topics into concise, executive-ready messaging</li></ul> 
Communications Planning &amp; Governance<ul><li>
Build and manage a centralized view of executive communications activity, including speaking engagements, announcements, and leadership moments</li><li>
Maintain and evolve a centralized executive messaging library to ensure consistency and reuse across teams</li></ul> 
Cross-Functional Alignment<ul><li>
Partner closely with Marketing, PR, Investor Relations, People, and Product Communications to align executive messaging across audiences and channels</li><li>
Ensure executive communications reinforce Snowflake&rsquo;s broader narrative, values, and strategic priorities</li></ul> 
Internal Communications &amp; Employee Engagement<ul><li>
Support leadership communications for company-wide moments such as All Hands and employee announcements</li><li>
Partner with People Communications to support leadership messaging related to culture, talent, and organizational change</li></ul>
Research &amp; Strategic Opportunity Identification<ul><li>
Evaluate and prioritize external forums, events, and awards that advance Snowflake&rsquo;s executive visibility and thought leadership goals</li><li>
Provide strategic recommendations on where and how senior leaders should engage</li></ul><div>
ABOUT YOU</div><ul><li>
8&ndash;12+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, or related roles, ideally in a high-growth or enterprise technology environment</li><li>
Proven experience supporting C-suite and senior executives with high-stakes communications</li><li>
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with strong executive judgment</li><li>
Strategic thinker who can zoom out to shape narrative and zoom in to execute flawlessly</li><li>
Highly organized, calm under pressure, and comfortable managing competing priorities with senior stakeholders</li><li>
Strong collaborator who can influence without authority and navigate complex organizations</li><li>
Familiarity with enterprise technology, data, AI, financial communications, or people-related communications strongly preferred</li></ul><div>

The following represents the expected range of compensation for this role:<ul><li>
The estimated base salary range for this role is $192,000 - $252,000.</li><li>
Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in Snowflake&rsquo;s bonus and equity plan.</li></ul>
The successful candidate&rsquo;s starting salary will be determined based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as skills, experience, and geographic location. This role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance; 401(k) retirement plan; flexible spending &amp; health savings account; at least 12 paid holidays; paid time off; parental leave; employee assistance program; and other company benefits.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Develops communication plans and campaigns on behalf of various initiatives utilizing current and future communication channels and tools.
2. Creates timelines, identifies key messages, writes corresponding copy that meets audience needs, and proposes communication delivery methods
3. Monitors the success of communication plans, communicating results and reporting as needed.
4. Oversees internal and external communication channels, including all social media sites, websites, digital, and email communication
5. Is the lead strategic social media manager, responsible for content creation, audience engagement, brand storytelling and performance analytics to grow the EverTrue online presence and drive business impact
6. Develops and executes strategy using data-driven social media storytelling that aligns with brand goals and business objects.
7. Designs, writes and curates engaging content (text, images, video and graphics) tailored to platform and audience.
8. Oversees platform management for corporate and community social media channels through scheduling, posting and engagement
9. Creates robust social media training for editors in the communities to align them to brand standards and best practices.
10. Is a lead content creator, maintaining accurate and precise grammar in the voice of requesters and the organization
11. Partners with EverTrue team members to provide compelling copy and visuals for digital and print pieces, which include but are not limited to internal channels, social media channels, stories, SEO articles, website copy, etc.
12. Writes press releases, news articles, and organization stories
13. Interviews residents, family members, and team members as needed
14. Monitors brand reputation and review solicitation for the overarching organization as well as individual communities and service lines
15. Crafts responses and triages responses as needed
16. Provides reporting and support for communities in garnering reviews
17. Supports Communication Specialist, including task review, co-writing, strategy development and editing
Knowledge, Skills, &amp; Abilities:

Seven (7) years of prior, relevant experience including experience in social media management, content creation or digital marketing</li><li>
