</p><p></p><p>Aerospace &amp; Defense (A&amp;D) Manager, Strategic Account Development . This position will report directly to the Director, Strategic Account Development, Raytheon. The Manager will have a lead role in driving New Business for the A&amp;D sector, including the Integrated Electronics (IE) and Interconnect Solutions (IS) business units, working in close coordination with the Raytheon Customer Account team, BU leadership, Engineering, Finance, and site Operation teams. This role will require you to identify, develop, and capture new business consistent with the A&amp;D Sector strategy and capabilities, with primary focus on engaging with the various Raytheon business units The successful candidate will leverage their market, customer, and product specific subject matter expertise to identify, pursue, and capture high-value growth opportunities within the Raytheon product portfolio. This is a highly visible role, driving critical growth initiatives that will have a direct impact on the company's success.
</p><p></p><p>This is a full-time position in which the candidate will be expected to travel 50% of the time, primarily across all North America Raytheon facilities.
</p><p></p><p><b><i>Duties and Responsibilities:
</i></b></p><p>&middot; Central coordination point for all Raytheon new business opportunities
</p><p>&middot; Establish and maintain strategic relationships with the Raytheon programs across various BU&rsquo;s
</p><p>&middot; Proactively engage with Raytheon Program Office, program managers, and technical staff to understand mission requirements, technology roadmaps, and emerging capability gaps 18-48 months before formal solicitations
</p><p>&middot; Develop strong pipeline of Raytheon opportunities aligned with sector strategy, and document all opportunities in CRM with detailed intelligence on stakeholders, requirements, competition, and win strategies
</p><p>&middot; Lead capture efforts for Raytheon opportunities, developing and executing winning strategies that maximize content across multiple systems and platforms
</p><p>&middot; Work with Program Management, Engineering, Operations, and Pricing Teams to architect solutions that meet/exceed Raytheon specifications while delivering competitive advantage in price/performance to ensure successful capture and execution of opportunities
</p><p>&middot; Serve as the voice of the Raytheon customer internally, translating mission needs and priorities into actionable business strategies and investment decisions
</p><p>&middot; Develop and maintain relationships with customer program and engineering staff to identify opportunities to partner on new technologies or programs, ensuring early engagement, effective positioning to win, and maximum value realization
</p><p>&middot; Engage customer proactively to shape requirements before RFP release; influence specifications to align with company capabilities through white papers, technical discussions, and industry day participation
</p><p>&middot; Apply structured capture methodologies (Phase Gate) to ensure disciplined pursuit decisions and optimal resource allocation
</p><p>&middot; Conduct competitive intelligence, pricing strategy, and win theme development specific to Raytheon competitive landscape

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.

<div><p>This role focuses on strategic planning and portfolio management of long-term infrastructure projects, particularly through the development and oversight of Five-Year Portfolio Plans (5YPPP) and master plans. Responsibilities include managing project initiation and stage-gate processes, reviewing and approving master plans, capital investment plans, and business cases, and ensuring alignment with organizational KPIs and national guidelines. The position also involves prioritizing projects, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders (including government entities and developers), monitoring plan implementation, integrating GIS data, and supporting agreements for service delivery.
