About The Role 
Peraton is seeking a Business Development Director with a solid track record of growing business at a primary restricted IC customer with the ability to identify and pursue related civilian and DOD IC customer opportunities. This position will be responsible for the following: 
 
<ul><li>Leverage existing customer relationships as well as the ability to identify appropriate means for building new customer relationships.</li><li>Employ strong listening skills to understand the intersection of enduring IC mission challenges, Peraton tradecraft and technology capabilities. Details 
Target Salary Range: $146,000 - $234,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
