KBR is looking for Electrical Planner who will Prepare and develop preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance plans, on a weekly/ monthly basis covering mechanical, electrical, instrument and general services maintenance activities. 
Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Prepare weekly and monthly routine and preventive maintenance plans and all related activities.</li><li>
Ensure proper resource planning and sourcing for the implementation and completion of planned maintenance plans and activities as per schedule.</li><li>
Analyze and record critical operational and maintenance issues related to SATORP&rsquo;s equipment, plants and utilities availability.</li><li>
Liaise and participate in various meetings and analyses with other Divisions regarding developing maintenance plans and schedules and provide technical inputs and recommendations as required.</li><li>
Coordinate with CET Division to evaluate progress against plan and conduct technical studies to identify and recommend new practices for developing planning and implementation activities.</li><li>
Coordinate with all applicable Stakeholders to ensure that maintenance personnel, materials, spare parts, tools and equipment are available and ready to perform the job.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain statistical maintenance and technical reports relating routine and preventive maintenance activities at SATORP.</li><li>
Utilize SAP system, computer programs and software to ensure effective implementation of routine and preventive maintenance plans.</li><li>
Assist in preparing, developing and measuring Contractor&rsquo;s Key Performance Indicators.</li><li>
Keep and maintain all historical records and database of routine and preventive maintenance plans.</li><li>
Make sure for compliances of all HSE rules</li><li>
Encourage reporting of unsafe acts and conditions</li><li>
Comply with all SHE procedures prior to commencement and during work.</li></ul>
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Minimum 10 years&rsquo; experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance &ndash; High School.</li><li>
Minimum 8 years&rsquo; experience in Oil &amp; Gas maintenance &ndash; Diploma.</li><li>
Strong technical understanding of maintenance jobs.</li><li>
Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills</li><li>
Proven leadership skills with large organizations</li><li>
Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems</li><li>
Strategic management skills</li></ul>
