Position Summary:
Responsible for advancing key initiatives and projects in support of Kootenai Health&rsquo;s strategic plan. This position will individually lead both direct and virtual multidisciplinary teams from concept phase through execution of cross-functional initiatives and projects of varying size and complexity. Acts as a strategic partner to executive and service line leaders, flexibly responding to needs and enhancing the internal capability within the organization to develop and drive change, facilitate alignment, and create measurable impact for the organization. In support of the Results Management Office, this role will lead the portfolio and program management of strategic initiatives and projects and will assist in the leadership and direction of multiple project managers.
Responsibilities:
<ul><li>Creates and oversees project scopes, timelines, tasks/responsibilities, and deliverables for assigned projects in collaboration with multi-functional teams</li>
<li>Works with executive and service line leaders to develop charters, objectives, metrics, stakeholder engagement and communication plans, and monitoring systems
</li><li>Ensures tracking of deliverables, objectives, and outcomes for each project, including project status reporting to key stakeholders and sponsors</li>

<li>Identifies, gathers, and analyzes all pertinent data, research, and/or information necessary to help make recommendations, inform decisions, and accomplish project goals. Processes information quickly and can translate and communicate clearly to a variety of audiences</li>
<li>Conducts post-initiative assessments and makes recommendations for improvements based on those assessments</li>
<li>Stays aligned with and shares best practices with other members of the project management team as a way of improving upon the collective development of team members</li>

Requirements and Minimum Qualifications: 

<ul> <li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or related discipline or equivalent experience required</li>
<li>Minimum of 7 years&rsquo; experience in Communications, Healthcare, Project Management, Planning, Business Analysis, and/or other relevant experience required</li>
<li>Strong project management experience, including development of work plans, metrics, and monitoring processes</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience and success in leading cross-functional and virtual teams for strategically-essential system initiatives with varying complexity</li>
<li>Demonstrated superior organizational and communication skills, a high level of collaboration, and an ability to coordinate activities and move initiatives forward in partnership with stakeholders</li>
<li>Experience in managing virtual teams preferred</li>
<li>PMP certification preferred</li>

Responsibilities 
The Project Manager (PM) works independently and assumes primary responsibility for planning, coordinating and delivering strategic HR project activities across the full project life cycle (from initiation through handoff to the customer). This role has a strong emphasis on stakeholder engagement, across both technical and business unit teams, as it will be focused on implementing an agentic AI strategy in HR. The Role
We are seeking a tech-savvy strategist with a strong background in project management to drive PetroApp&rsquo;s growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Strategic Planning &amp; Alignment: Contribute on annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles. Translate PetroApp&rsquo;s corporate vision into actionable goals (OKRs) and ensure strict strategic alignment across all business units.</li><li>
Market Expansion: Spearhead the end-to-end process of entering new geographic markets or launching new business verticals. Conduct feasibility studies, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategies.</li><li>
Project Management (PMO): Drive critical strategic initiatives from inception to delivery. Utilize project management methodologies to manage timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations for high-stakes projects.</li><li>
Cross-Functional Synergy: Act as the connective tissue between the Technical/Product teams and the Commercial/Operational teams to ensure product roadmaps support business expansion targets.</li><li>
Data-Driven Decision Making: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and market trends to recommend pivots or accelerations in strategy.</li><li>

Requirements 
What We Are Looking For<ul><li>
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, or Strategic Project Management roles.</li><li>
Industry Background: A strong background in the Technology, SaaS, or FinTech sectors is a must. You must understand the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and how tech products scale.</li><li>
Project Management: Demonstrated experience managing complex, cross-functional projects. PMP, Prince2, or Agile certifications are a strong plus.</li><li>
