The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of building construction practices. Must be able to identify components having cracks, corrosion, faulty welds, or other defects that would affect structural integrity.</li><li>
Must be able to read and understand engineering drawings or blueprints. Proficiency with MS Office software and the ability to produce reports in desired formats is a must.</li></ul>
