College course work in a related field (Criminal justice, Sociology, Psychology, etc.). Able to give credible oral presentations in front of various groups of individuals and represent the Department by which it develops mutual trust and respect between law enforcement and the community. Aptitude and personality to foster partnerships with the community in the area of crime prevention. Possess an inherent character of being a solid decision-maker, respected team player, and exhibit proven professionalism and loyalty to the profession of law enforcement.</p></div></div><div><br>
