Responsibilities</b></p><p><b>
Program &amp; Service Coordination</b></p><ul><li>
Coordinate logistics for academic coaching, tutoring, group learning sessions, and career development workshops, including scheduling, space management, and materials preparation.</li><li>
Support the delivery of summer and academic-year orientation, transition programs, and signature career events such as Edge Boot Camp.</li><li>
Assist with the organization of student support workshops, accountability groups, career networking events, and peer-led learning opportunities.</li></ul><p><b>
Accessibility, Testing &amp; Career Logistics Support</b></p><ul><li>
Serve as a key point of contact for test proctoring logistics, collaborating with Accessibility Resources and faculty.</li><li>
Manage testing center scheduling and materials in coordination with the Accessibility Resources team.</li><li>
Coordinate logistics for on-campus recruiting and employer interviews occurring within the Center.</li><li>
Ensure student accommodations and confidential career and academic records are implemented with care, accuracy, and confidentiality.</li></ul><p><b>
Student Leadership Development</b></p><ul><li>
Help recruit, train, and supervise student leaders and peer educators supporting HAC and The Edge programs.</li><li>
Assist in developing leadership opportunities tied to coaching, orientation, academic mentoring, and professional peer-ambassadorship.</li><li>
Support ongoing professional development efforts for student workers across the integrated Center.</li></ul><p><b>
Administrative &amp; Operational Support</b></p><ul><li>
Maintain up-to-date records, calendars, and communication across all Center units.</li><li>
Collaborate with campus partners (Registrar, IT, Mar/Comm, Alumni Relations, etc.) on cross-functional projects.</li><li>
Contribute to Center assessment efforts, data collection, and reporting&mdash;including internship tracking and career outcomes&mdash;under direction of Institutional Research.</li></ul><p><b>

<li>Provide outreach and coordinate activities related to specialized programs including availability of resources such as tutoring services, peer mentoring, and other support for students and instructors. Communicate with other programs as a representative of the ASC Leadership Team to provide updates and changes</li>
<li>Collect and analyze data to improve effectiveness and how the ASC works with specialized programs (i.e. Dual Enrollment) effectiveness utilizing EAB Navigate 360, Canvas, and other data sources as applicable</li>
<li>Supervising and providing a high-quality tutoring program, including online tutoring to ASC related programs</li>
<li>Collaborate with faculty at UC and CC locations to ensure tutorial methods and access points support classroom procedures for students enrolled in special programs</li>
<li>Working with other ASC Leadership and program specialists to develop and implement workshops, programs, and materials to address students&rsquo; academic support needs, such as content area handouts, web pages and online tutorials</li>
<li>Assist the Retention Director in responding to notices provided by EAB Navigate, the University&rsquo;s Early Alert System. Utilize tutors or otherwise connect with at-risk students identified through Navigate to deliver tutoring and/or referral services. Report results of contact to faculty, Advising, and document interaction for the ASC
</li><li>Raising awareness of the ASC by visiting classrooms, scheduling and conducting tours, presenting information at New Student Orientations and Registrations, supplying other university offices with information, attending meetings with other departments and university offices to represent the Academic Support Center and coordinating efforts to benefit students</li>
<li>Present information about the Academic Support Center to groups of SSS/TRIO, Veterans Upward Bound, Upward Bound, and other student services offices&rsquo; students and potential students</li>
<li>Serving as a tutor and mentor in the ASC providing support for students. Tutoring hours will be based on the needs of the program and as assigned by the Director</li>
<li>Pursuing professional growth activities to remain current in academic support and teaching methodologies</li>
