 Identifies development needs of Nationals (Graduate Trainees, National Trainees (NT) Admin &nbsp;or others who are in target areas after completing training programmes);&nbsp;

 Ensure training programmes are meeting the identified needs for Graduate Trainees and NT;
 </li>
 <li>
 Responsible for assigned courses and coordinates with specific national trainees at various levels;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensures that the training is carried out to achieve levels of competence set by target departments in accordance with current job requirements as well as future development plans;
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluates development programmes and plans of UAE National trainees and employees to ensure they meet the specific needs of individuals and departments;
 </li>
 <li>
 Conducts regular review meetings to monitor progress and periodically reviews development plans to check their relevance and identify further actions to take for Graduate Trainees in both Operational and Corporate sides;
 </li>
 <li>
 Confers with management, supervisors and related mentors or individuals in order to evaluate the trainees&rsquo; progress against agreed outcomes, gain knowledge of work situations requiring training and to better understand changes in policies, procedures, regulations and business initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with EGA Scholarship team with regards to the list of sponsored students for Work Placement / Internship and Summer Programmes;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with areas to receive the development plan of the students for Work Placement / Internship trainees;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination and collaboration with other entities whenever is required for training the students among the company on different level of education either Job Shadow, job orientation and day out presentation;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify and take action of TCA for the external courses for the Graduate Trainees whenever is required;
 </li>
 <li>
 Create Purchase Requisitions (PR) for the approved TCA&rsquo;s in SAP system for Graduate Trainee&rsquo;s approved external courses;
 </li>
 <li>
 Actively coordinate and interact with the business areas and graduate trainees towards GT engagement and satisfaction
 </li>
 <li>
 Organise Familiarization Tour for the Corporate and Operation sides, and as requested by business areas to arrange customized Familiarization Tour for individual Graduate Trainees;
 </li>
 <li>
 Attract UAE Nationals through attending Career Fairs, exhibition, and event organized by Recruitment and other areas;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with the Business partner / department to solve the concerns of Graduate Trainees and escalate as required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with the Main Training Centre to ensure that all the Graduate Trainees attending the Future Leader courses and submit the assignments on time;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Salary Admin to ensure that Graduate Trainees receives the increment and other allowances;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with the Employee Relations with cases related to Graduate Trainees joining the National Military Service and any other &nbsp;concerns;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordination with Corporate Communication Team on monthly basis to post our activities in EGA social media;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate for Summer Training for the UAE Nationals;
 </li>
 <li>
 Stream line with Recruitment department that Graduate Trainees are been allocated against their qualification; Communicate with Recruitment Team regarding the Graduate Trainees who will be joining EGA to request their profiles and joining details for further action;
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure Graduate Trainees and areas attend a meeting before releasing Graduate Trainee for the National Military Service for completing necessary documents and process;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Business Partners, Employee Relations, and area of the Graduate Trainee in terms of resignation of the Graduate Trainee for further actions;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with Performance Management team whenever is required;
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with the other sections of the team to ensure that GTs move into their roles seamlessly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare reports and data analysis upon request to other areas;
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor other identified nationals in administrative roles, in their area;
 </li>
 <li>
 Support other identified nationals in administrative roles in their progress review meeting;
 </li>
 <li>
 Identify Graduate Trainees in different areas to see if they are against budget or replacement.
 </li>

 The Learning &amp; Development Specialist will be responsible for managing and enhancing the learning and development initiatives at the UAE Space Agency. This includes succession planning, internship and volunteering programs, as well as overseeing all training activities, including Training Needs Analysis (TNA), executive coaching, and mentorship programs.
