Responsibilities:

JOB PURPOSE: </b>The Accounts Receivable Manager will manage and oversee the Cash Applications portion of the Accounts Receivable department, ensuring accurate and timely processing of receipting, bank funds matching, payments, insurance carrier discrepancies, and accounting functions related to the Accounts Receivable functions. Responsible for developing intra-office communication protocols, streamlining administrative procedures, inventory control, accounts receivable etc.</p><p><b>ESSENTIAL DUTIES:</b></p><ul><li>Reviewing files and records to answer requests for information</li><li>Checking and distributing documents and correspondence</li><li>Maintaining filing systems</li><li>Credit Card Posting, Process cash/charge sales registers daily</li><li>Month end cylinder rent and statements</li><li>Process all invoice corrections / Sending out invoices</li><li>Compiling records of office activities.</li><li>Photocopying, scanning and faxing</li><li>Typing documents and correspondence</li><li>Checking and entering data</li><li>Updating and maintaining databases</li><li>Answering and directing phone calls</li><li>Accounts Receivable, Scan daily tickets</li><li>Preparing and sending outgoing mailings and packages</li><li>Controlling basic accounting functions such as checking invoices and fuel receipts etc.</li></ul><p><b>Other Duties as Required:</b> This job description should not be construed to imply that these requirements are the exclusive standards of this position.
