</p><p><b>RESPONSBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED T</b></p><ul><li>
Making sure that employees are paid in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>
Responsible for full-cycle payroll and will be assigned to handle multiple groups of employees.</li><li>
Process multi-tax jurisdiction payrolls for roughly 1200 employees. Pay cycles include Hourly and Salaried employees.</li><li>
Prepare reports for upper management, finance department etc.</li><li>
Ability to respond and resolve payroll questions and discrepancies in a professional, accurate and timely manner while delivering quality customer service.</li><li>
Verify funds for stop payments are properly credited to accounts.</li><li>
Assist with year-end close including processing documentation.</li><li>
Calculate the correct amount incorporating overtime, deductions, bonuses etc. with assistance of a computer system.</li><li>
Processing wage garnishments.</li><li>
Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates, new hire information etc.</li><li>
Perform special projects as needed.</li><li>
Prepare documentation for payroll audits.</li><li>
Ability to be a team player.</li><li>

</p><p></p><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b></p><p>
</p><ul><li>5+ years of relevant experience in a payroll position; Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree a plus but not required; accounting or relevant field is a plus</li><li>
Knowledge of the Paycom system and reporting is a strong plus</li><li>
Strong Working Knowledge of Excel.</li><li>
Knowledge of Payroll best practices, applicable payroll tax, and related laws and regulations, NY, NJ, and PA a plus.</li><li>
Adherence to internal controls and maintains confidentiality.</li><li>
Extremely organized with meticulous attention to detail.</li><li>
Strong written and verbal skills, able to communicate effectively.</li><li>
Highly flexible personality that adapts easily to change.</li><li>
Ability to multi-task and prioritize responsibilities.</li><li>
Self-starter and able to manage their workload independently.</li></ul><p>
</p><p><b>Working Conditions:</b></p><p>
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Ability to think clearly in stressful situations, a high stress tolerance required, and works with frequent interruptions. Frequent, prolonged and irregular hours are required.</p></div>
