   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field; a Master&rsquo;s degree is preferable
  </li>
  <li>
   7&ndash;10 years of progressive experience in a similar supply chain leadership role
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong knowledge of purchasing, production planning, and logistics processes
  </li>
  <li>
   Hands-on experience in indirect purchasing management and supplier development
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in coordinating cross-functional operations and working with global teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Knowledge and/or hands-on experience with Free Zone regulations and incentives,
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a collaborative mindset,
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience in new factory establishment and greenfield supply chain operations is a strong plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in English; German is a strong plus
  </li>
  <li>
   Residency in &Idot;zmir or willingness to relocate
