This position will have defined initiatives and shown success through data-backed execution. This role reports to the Director of Supply Chain and is on-site at our facility in West Valley City. 
Our co-founders first started this as a packaging design company (well, really started as a stuffed animal bong bag company&hellip;) and moved to UT to construct one of the most advanced digital printing innovation centers in the country. We recently launched a new cultivation technology called Calyx Cure that is already taking the industry by storm - and we need help managing our growing supply chain. 
This position is required to be in-person at the Calyx Spaceship (our manufacturing facility &amp; HQ) in Salt Lake City, UT. 
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
S&amp;OP / Demand &amp; Supply Planning<ul><li>
Own the monthly S&amp;OP meeting. Gather demand inputs (sales pipeline, promotions, run-rates), prepare the supply plan, and drive cross-functional consensus.</li><li>
Translate the demand plan into MPS/MRP signals for both internal materials/ chemicals and externally produced products.</li><li>
Build and maintain item planning parameters (safety stock, reorder points, MOQ, lead time, yield).</li></ul>
VMI &amp; Replenishment<ul><li>
Oversee Calyx Cure inventory flows - from production through global fulfillment centers - ensuring stock availability and minimizing obsolescence.</li><li>
Foster relationships with manufacturing partners and third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to align production and replenishment schedules.</li><li>
Run VMI for assigned accounts: forecast at SKU/site, publish reorder proposals, and execute replenishment within agreed min/max and kanban rules.</li><li>
Maintain vendor scorecards (fill rate, OTIF, forecast accuracy)</li><li>
Own global order management execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional communication.</li></ul>
Inventory Control<ul><li>
Accountable for Inventory Accuracy internally and externally</li><li>
Perform and manage physical inventory counts</li><li>
Ensure system inventory accuracy and be able to trace back discrepancies and make process changes to eliminate known issues</li></ul>
Data &amp; Systems<ul><li>
Maintain clean master data; build dashboards for plan vs. actuals.</li><li>
Use ERP/MRP (NetSuite experience preferred) and spreadsheets.</li><li>
Champion automation of manual processes and support the development of data pipelines between Calyx and vendor systems.</li><li>
Standardize and document global inventory management procedures to ensure operational consistency.</li></ul>
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE:<ul><li>
Service: OTIF target; backorders minimized, VMI fill rate and on-time delivery performance</li><li>
Process: S&amp;OP calendar hit every month with clear decisions and action</li><li>
Inventory management: &lt;2% Inventory discrepancy</li></ul> 
REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
2-3 Years of experience in a Supply Chain Analyst role or similar role</li><li>
Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field</li><li>
Analytical mindset, with strong statistical and problem-solving skills. Lean Six Sigma certification a plus</li><li>
Supply chain / sourcing including logistics experience preferred, managed or worked with warehousing / distribution companies a plus</li><li>
ERP experience, Netsuite experience preferred</li><li>
Strong verbal and written communications skills, with the ability to develop effective internal and external relationships with vendors</li><li>
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li><li>
Excel experience, and competence in statistical analytical software systems</li><li>
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team</li></ul>
