 About The Role
 
 
 
 As a Procurement &amp; Supply Chain Expert on this project, you will design realistic disruption scenarios based on your hands-on experience, define expected outcomes and mitigation strategies, and evaluate AI-generated recommendations for accuracy, completeness, and business relevance.
 
 
 
 What This Opportunity Involves
 
 
 
 While each project involves unique tasks, contributors may:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Designing realistic supply chain disruption scenarios (e.g. supplier delays, quantity changes, logistics issues, quality failures) grounded in real-world manufacturing and procurement contexts
 </li>
 <li>
 Defining expected outcomes and appropriate mitigation strategies for each scenario
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluating AI-generated responses and recommendations against real-world business logic
 </li>
 <li>
 Assessing outputs for accuracy, completeness, and relevance within ERP environments (particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365, Coupa, Jaggaer, Ariba (SAP))
 </li>
 <li>
 Contributing to structured data creation and validation tasks following defined guidelines and frameworks
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 What we look for
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing, ideally in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong working knowledge of procurement workflows: purchase orders, vendor management, inventory, and production planning
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to design and reason through supply chain disruption scenarios and mitigation approaches
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid understanding of disruption types: delays, shortages, quality issues, and logistics challenges
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of Incoterms and transportation/logistics management
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with BOM structures and production planning processes
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with supplier performance metrics (OTIF, lead times, quality scores)
 </li>
 <li>
 Analytical mindset with the ability to assess AI outputs against real-world business logic
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with data validation, structured data entry, or annotation tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Clear written communication in English

 Compensation
 
 
 
 On this project, contributors can earn up to
 
 $60 per hour equivalent
 
 , depending on their level and pace of contribution.

We are seeking a Functional Consultant with 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O, specializing in Commerce (Retail) and Supply Chain Management. The role involves delivering implementations, optimizing business processes, and supporting clients in enhancing their retail and supply chain operations. 
Essential Functions<ul><li>
Participate in end-to-end implementation of D365 Commerce and SCM solutions.</li><li>
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.</li><li>
Configure modules including Retail, Inventory, Procurement, Warehousing, and Order Management.</li><li>
Provide functional support and troubleshooting for ongoing operations and system issues.</li><li>
Ensure proper documentation of business processes, configurations, and system changes.</li><li>
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and system optimization.</li></ul>
Required Qualifications<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.</li><li>
3+ years of relevant experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&amp;O, specifically in Commerce (Retail) and SCM modules.</li><li>
Proven experience in at least one full lifecycle D365 implementation.</li><li>
Solid understanding of business process re-engineering and ERP best practices.</li><li>
Experience working with integrations, reporting tools, and data migration frameworks.</li><li>
Proficiency in MS Excel; working knowledge of Power BI or other reporting tools is an advantage.</li><li>
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.</li></ul>
