ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:</b></p><ul><li>
Complete quarterly visits, generating required units, if applicable, observation and monitoring, and monthly contacts</li><li>
Conduct and complete annual CPOC&rsquo;s according to funder&rsquo;s timelines</li><li>
Plan, schedule, and coordinate quarterly meetings with participants and providers.</li><li>

Requirements:

Manage support for faculty through administrative tasks related to teaching.</li><li>
Help prepare class materials, presentations, exams, and other materials.</li><li>
Support class content platform (Canvas).</li><li>
Stay current with accessibility standards, ensuring faculty documents and materials are accessible and compliant (e.g., proper formatting, alt text, and screen reader compatibility).</li><li>
Prepare, update, and proofread syllabi.</li><li>
Address faculty inquiries and resolve issues.</li><li>
Organize and prioritize workload to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Process onboarding and offboarding activities for faculty and staff.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Events/Recruiting: 20%</b><ul><li>
Collaborate with area administrators and faculty to plan events of varying scales.</li><li>
Arrange travel accommodations for guests.</li><li>
Support events for several Ross units.</li><li>
Process expense reports.</li><li>
Work with the Faculty PhD Advisors to manage administrative tasks related to PhD recruiting.</li></ul></li><li><b>

Proofread manuscripts, correspondence, and other materials.</li><li>
Format citations and footnotes in publications.</li><li>
Stay informed of procedures and communicate with faculty and students to ensure compliance.</li><li>
Develop relationships with other departments to enhance services to faculty.</li><li>
Complete special projects and other tasks as assigned.</li><li>
Order and maintain faculty business supplies.</li><li>

Required Qualifications*</b></h2><ul><li>
High school diploma and 2 years of prior administrative support experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li>
2 years of experience working in a customer service role.</li><li>

The salary offer range for this position is $45,600 to $53,600. <p><b>Job Description: </b>The Support Coordinator &amp; Dispatcher serves as the primary point of contact for service clients, answering incoming calls and coordinating work orders from request to completion. <li><p>Work with our Remote Support Specialist and Support Team Leads to schedule and dispatch technicians based on availability, skill set, priority, and location</p>

<li><p>Update clients on scheduling, delays, and job status as needed</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate emergency or priority service calls when required</p>

<li><p>Maintain accurate records in dispatch, work order, and job management systems</p>
</li>
<li><p>Process workorder close-outs, including confirmation of completion and required documentation</p>
</li>
<li><p>Coordinate with Support Manager, Team Leads, and billing staff to ensure smooth workflow</p>

<li><p>Handle customer questions, concerns, or service issues and escalate when appropriate</p>
