IT Support Technician I provides first-level support for issues related to computers and peripherals including problem determination, escalation, tracking and resolution. The Technician understands desktop operating systems, routinely thinks outside the box to solve problems quickly and understands what impeccable customer service is. Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Technical Support and Troubleshooting:</b><ul><li>
Assist users with login and password resets, printer/scanner installation, SharePoint/OneDrive connectivity, CMIC access, VPN connectivity, network performance issues, and mobile device deployment.</li><li>
Perform basic system diagnostics and troubleshooting for computers, tablets, phones, and printers to resolve performance or connectivity issues.</li><li>
Execute initial triage for user-reported issues, categorize and prioritize tickets based on business and user impact, and escalate unresolved issues to higher tiers of support.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Equipment and Software Support:</b><ul><li>
Install, configure, and perform routine maintenance on hardware and software.</li><li>
Assist users with software requests and deployments, ensuring proper configuration and functionality.</li><li>
Update IT Asset Management System for hardware provisioning, reallocation and decommissioning.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Incident Management:</b><ul><li>
Log and track user issues within the incident management system.</li><li>
Provide timely updates and communication with users on the status of their requests or incidents.</li></ul></li><li><b>
Customer Service:</b><ul><li>
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring user concerns are addressed professionally and efficiently.</li><li>
Maintain strong verbal and written communication while interacting with operations, field employees, and executives.</li></ul></li></ul>
Qualifications:
<p><b>
Education &amp; Certification:</b></p><ul><li><b>
Preferred:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.</li><li>
Entry-level certifications such as CompTIA A+ are beneficial.</li><li>
Pursue additional certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA Network+) to enhance qualifications and career advancement.</li></ul><p>
 <b>Experience:</b></p><ul><li>
0&ndash;3 years of experience in an IT support role or relevant internship.</li></ul><p>

<p><b>Skill: </b>Field Support Technician</p><p><b>Minimum Experience 3+ Years of Field Services/Support Technician</b></p><p>As a member of the Field Service Operations team, the candidate will provide high quality support with very good customer service, technical expertise, and timeliness. This position has frequent contact with end users, peers, and managers, primarily face-to-face as desk side support for service requests and on-site problem resolution. The candidate will work in a team environment with a collaborative approach to resolving customer problems and supporting other members of the Site Services department. The candidate will also provide hands and eyes support to other IT teams including but not limited to Audio Visual, Network (Date and voice), and Servers.</p><ul><li>As an Onsite Support Technician with minimum of one to three years of technical experience in providing quality services to the end users which includes the following key roles and responsibilities:</li><li>Provide customer facing end-user support that includes:</li><li>Install and Configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and associated Peripherals and related Software.</li><li>Perform Break Fix, Desk Side Support, IMACD&rsquo;s, Data Migration, Refreshes, etc.</li><li>Perform onsite updates, Configuration changes, or Software installations.</li><li>Provide onsite technical assistance to End Users.</li><li>Identifies potential issues that could adversely impact End User experience and follows through on action steps to prevent.</li><li>Manage the ticket queue and ensure tickets are resolved and closed within the defined service level agreement.
