The HRIS Support Specialist will be a member of the HRIS Business Support team. The HRIS Support Specialist serves as a Tier I &amp; 2 contact for Company team members providing in-depth support related to human capital policy and procedure. Utilize internal case management tracking systems to track and resolve Tier I team member inquiries, ensuring resolution within established Service Level Agreements (SLA). Analyze and escalate more complex payroll issues to Tier 2</li><li>
Provide solutions to process issues that occur (cancelling, rescinding, walking users through any UltiPro&reg; transaction issues that occur)</li><li>
Resolve unusual requests that require a customized response; communicate solution or requested information to the customer</li><li>
Reference department policies and procedures to ensure accuracy of response and to provide all available information to customers</li><li>
Provide data entry support when employees are unable to complete activities through the self-service portal (i.e. deposit enrollment, life events, general deductions, new hire benefits enrollment and personal data changes)</li><li>
Partner with Payroll, Employee Relations, Total Rewards and other departments to resolve issues</li><li>
Process transactions by collecting required information or back-up documentation from the customer</li><li>
Review onboarding data and resolve identified discrepancies</li><li>

Associate&rsquo;s or equivalent experience required. Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred</li><li>
