We are growing both our focus and device line-up in order to support Cardiac Surgeons and Heart Failure Cardiologists across the US. You will be responsible for:<ul><li>
Train, educate, and support combined CT/Heart Failure programs on the proper use of the Impella.</li><li>
Full customer immersion (ie. input on patient selection and subsequent surgical support) within 5.5 sites to ensure optimal patient outcomes.</li><li>
Device expertise and support on Impella to assist with the adoption of the full portfolio beyond 5.5 commercial launch responsibilities.</li><li>
Surgical implant and unit support readiness including training and education at existing sites.</li><li>
Internal collaboration with the Surgical Leadership Team, Training Team, Engineering Team, Marketing, Professional Education, Clinical, as well as with R&amp;D.</li><li>
Participate in On Call support rotation</li><li>
Maintain contact with all customers to evaluate clinical and educational needs.</li><li>

About The Role

PolyNovo is currently searching for a Territory Sales Manager to join the Sales team. This person will be responsible for promoting PolyNovo Novosorb technologies in the advanced would and burn space to maximize potential revenue and grow market share in the assigned geographic territory. 
Key Responsibilities

<li>Achieve the sales quota and surgical case mix requirements for assigned territory.</li>
<li>Develop new business through competitive selling and maintain existing relationships with customers (multi-tiered).</li>

The Account Executive- Advanced Surgical Instruments will:

The Account Executive - Advanced Hemostasis and Healing will:
<ul><li>Own the full bag of Ethicon offerings of comprehensive surgical devices and solutions including the hemostasis, energy sealing and dissection, surgical stapling and wound closure platforms. The Account Executive &ndash; AHH will have a focus on growing our hemostasis and wound closure platforms
</li><li>With a platform focus, Account Executives will sell surgical solutions to surgeons and hospital decision makers, primarily in an operating room setting.
</li><li>Be assigned a sales territory focusing on assigned physicians and hospital Institutions.
</li><li>Be accountable to attain the forecast in their assigned accounts / territory.
</li><li>Have responsibility for setting priorities and making sound business decisions based on an understanding of sales opportunities within accounts.
</li></ul>Additional job responsibilities include:
<ul><li>Trained to understand and demonstrate proper use of products to clinicians in the Operating Room environment.
</li><li>Ability to manage customer questions and objections in a way that is consistent with product indications and sales training methodology.

At least 50% travel is required and may involve visits to remote or urban areas either individually or with other personnel as the position will have a geography which may span several states</li><li>
Individuals must live within the current geography or be willing to relocate to it. Familiarity with posted territory is strongly desired</li><li>

The estimated pay range for this position is 80,000 to 110,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. This position is also eligible for a Sales Incentive Plan (SIP), which provides the opportunity to earn incentive compensation for achieving or exceeding your goals.
