As a Clinical Technologist, you'll be a critical member of our team, supporting patient flow and engaging in various clinical support tasks. After completing your initial training (4-6 weeks), you'll perform all job responsibilities independently with confidence. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Patient Care Support: Assist with patient rooming, verification, and vitals documentation. Use eCW to update patient status and maintain smooth patient flow.</li>
<li>Procedure Support: Prepare exam rooms, support sterile and non-sterile procedures, assist in surgical procedures, and follow CDC and OSHA guidelines for safety and cleanliness.</li>

Qualifications:

<li>High School diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Minimum of one year of experience as a Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, Surgical Technician, or Scrub Technician in a patient care setting</li>
<li>Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred</li>
<li>Certification: BLS certification required within 60 days of hire (American Heart Association preferred)</li>
<li>Preferred completion of an accredited MA or Surgical Technologist program</li>
<li>Strong communication skills and experience with electronic medical records (EMR)</li>
