</h1>We are seeking a driven Surgical Sales Specialist to grow our Core Surgical portfolio across the (UAE) United Arab Emarits. This is a great opportunity to work with innovative surgical technologies, build strong hospital relationships, and accelerate your career in MedTech sales.
 
 
This is a field-based role requiring travel across the UAE to support hospital accounts and drive sales growth. The position reports to the Sales Manager and requires strong sales reporting skills (Excel/PowerPoint) and a valid UAE driving license.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
<ul><li>Identify new business opportunities within government and private hospitals, day surgery centres, and specialty clinics.
</li><li>Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback to management.
</li><li>Proven sales track record in the UAE healthcare market
</li><li>Strong sales, negotiation, and territory management skills
</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
