Job Description</h2>
Allied Universal&reg; is hiring a Surveillance Investigator. The Surveillance Investigator will perform discreet mobile and stationary surveillance of a Claimant to confirm current activities and capabilities to assist with the administration of an insurance claim. 
<ul><li>Virginia applicants must hold a Private Investigator's license.</li></ul>
OR<ul><li>
For a limited time only, we will cover the cost of Virginia's 60-hour prerequisite licensing course and provide paid training to help a few successful candidates break into the industry.</li></ul><ul><li> 
Must possess a valid driver's license with at least one year of driving experience</li></ul> 

RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul><li>Conduct independent investigations of insurance claims across a range of coverage types, including workers' compensation, general liability, property and casualty, and disability</li>
<li>Utilize various surveillance techniques and equipment to monitor subjects covertly</li>
<li>Document and report observations, activities, and any relevant information in a clear and concise manner</li>

Schedule: This is not a standard 9-5 role. Workdays and hours vary based on business needs and there is no set or recurring schedule. Weekends, overtime, and holidays are typically required. Start times may be as early as 3:00 AM but 6:00 AM is common. Standard shifts are 8 hours but may extend up to 16 hours as needed.
