<div>JOB SUMMARY:
$20.00 an hour. Responsible for the surveillance observation of all property operations to safeguard the company, team members, guests and assets.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS :
<ul><li>Monitors gaming and non-gaming operations through video surveillance.
</li><li>Safeguards the company, team members, guests and assets.
</li><li>Develops and maintains a thorough knowledge of all regulatory, departmental, and company policies and monitors for compliance throughout property.
</li><li>Identifies and investigates any instances of cheating, theft, fraud, and other illegal or suspicious activities or persons.
</li><li>Maintains a thorough knowledge of all casino games, cheating methods, and known cheaters or persons of interest.
</li><li>Works closely with all departments and the Indiana Gaming Commission to provide the best service and safety for all team members and guests.
</li><li>Upholds the highest level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism at all times.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 21 years of age. Must be able to perform basic mathematical functions and be proficient with the use of personal computers. Must be detailed oriented with great verbal and written communication skills. Must have excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player.
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
<ul><li>Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.
</li><li>Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the casino; from floor to floor either by stairways (minimum of 20 steps) or escalator.
</li><li>Must be able to stoop, kneel, bend, twist, turn, push, pull, grasp objects and the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary office equipment.
</li><li>Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, dust, loud noises and bright lights.
</li><li>Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.

<div>As the OCN/LN Monitor (Escort) you will escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor un-cleared personnel while performing work. You will log in and out all LN/OCN contractors and count personnel before and after they perform duties; notify appropriate personnel of how many people and vehicles are being escorted. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
<ul><li>Performs a wide range of Local National/Other Country National (LN/OCN) escorting coverage.
</li><li>Makes contact with LN/OCN personnel at designated entry facility after they are processed for entry and receive their exchange badges; providing and briefing them on rules and procedures.
</li><li>Escorts LN/OCN personnel until daily work is completed, the work zone has been purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited base and/or returned to camps.
</li><li>Ensure LN/OCNs do not bring onto the base any prohibited or contraband items (i.e. weapons, drugs, etc.).
</li><li>Maintain sight of all vehicles and personnel when performing LN/OCN escort duties. Provide for safety and welfare of oneself and escorted personnel (such as evacuating to protective shelter in case of attack).
</li><li>Notify Project/Site Manager and the Safety staff as soon as possible of unsafe working conditions.
</li><li>Ensure proper housekeeping practices are strictly adhered to.
</li><li>Maintains an alert state of readiness and is prepared to properly respond to any situation that may occur; alerts appropriate personnel of any suspicious behaviors or comments of LN/OCNs.
</li><li>Performs other duties as assigned.

Role Purpose
The Centralized Telemetry Supervisor is responsible to the Telemetry Manager and all HSO patients across BJC (excluding IL hospitals). Assists Centralized Telemetry manager in daily operations management, including hiring, supervision and mentoring staff; preparing, maintaining and updating employee schedules, troubleshooting technical and employee relations issues; assists training coordinator with onboarding, orientation, and quality control; assists manager with budgetary and financial analysis and reporting. 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Manages individual(s) including but not limited to: hires, trains, assigns work, manages &amp; evaluates performance, conducts professional development plans. Ensures that the productivity and actions of that group meet/support the overall operational goals of the department as established by department leadership.</li><li>
May participate in the development of departmental staffing, revenue and/or expense budgets and having direct responsibility for adhering to those goals. This includes responding to changes in the business which may affect the ability to achieve the budget goals.</li><li>
Assists with researching, evaluating, selecting and implementing systems which improve efficiency of work unit operations.</li><li>
Assists manager with regulatory compliance and budgetary /revenue goals for department. Manages daily billing to capture revenue for patients being monitored for fewer than 12 &ndash; 24 hours. Monitors equipment inventory and usage; order supplies as needed for continuity of care and safety.</li><li>
Builds relationships with other departments to ensure continuity and quality of patient care. Conduit between nursing staff and Monitor Technicians to resolve conflicts and elevate status and relationships of Monitor Technicians with nursing staff. Resolves critical issues and emergencies in absence of manager.</li></ul>
