Job Description 
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in conducting land surveys, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing accurate reports for various projects in the region.<ul><li>
Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques</li><li>
Collect, analyze, and interpret survey data to create detailed maps, plans, and reports</li><li>
Utilize GIS software to manage and process spatial data</li><li>
Perform boundary surveys and establish property lines</li><li>
Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals on construction and development projects</li><li>
Ensure compliance with local land laws, regulations, and industry standards</li><li>
Maintain accurate records of all survey activities and findings</li><li>
Prepare comprehensive survey reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders</li><li>
Calibrate and maintain surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability</li><li>
Stay updated on the latest surveying technologies and methodologies</li></ul> 

Qualifications 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field</li><li>
Professional certification from a recognized institution (e.g., RICS) is advantageous</li><li>
Minimum of 10 years of experience in land surveying or a related field</li><li>
Previous experience in the Middle East region is highly desirable</li><li>
Proficiency in surveying equipment, GIS software, and CAD applications</li><li>
Strong mathematical and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders</li><li>
In-depth knowledge of surveying techniques, land laws, and industry standards</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in various outdoor conditions</li><li>
Physical stamina and ability to work in challenging terrains when required</li><li>
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus</li><li>
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region as needed</li></ul></div>
