Responsibilities<ul><li>
Conduct topographic, boundary, and level surveys using total stations, GPS, and other surveying instruments.</li><li>
Measure angles, distances, elevations, and coordinates accurately in accordance with project specifications.</li><li>
Establish and record control points, benchmarks, and reference lines for design and construction purposes.</li><li>
Perform site layout and setting out for structures, foundations, utilities, pipelines, roads, and other project elements.</li><li>
Ensure all works are set out as per approved drawings, alignment data, and coordinate systems.</li><li>
Provide as-built measurements and verify that constructed works conform to design tolerances.</li><li>
Process collected survey data and prepare survey drawings, coordinate lists, and level sheets.</li><li>
Maintain field books, raw data records, and daily activity logs for verification and audit purposes.</li><li>
Support engineers in updating design and construction drawings based on field changes or deviations.</li><li>
Ensure survey instruments are properly maintained, calibrated, and functioning accurately.</li><li>
Manage survey equipment inventory, including total stations, GPS units, and leveling instruments.</li><li>
Report equipment issues and coordinate calibration with approved service providers when required.</li><li>
Coordinate with site engineers, design teams, and contractors to align survey work with project progress.</li><li>
Assist in verifying subcontractor survey data and resolving discrepancies in levels or coordinates.</li><li>
Participate in site meetings to discuss survey findings, constraints, or required adjustments.</li><li>
Follow HSSE requirements and ensure safe working practices in all survey operations.</li><li>
Ensure all survey activities comply with project specifications, company standards, and local regulations.</li><li>
Utilize GPS Surveying Equipment, Total Stations (Laser and non-laser),</li><li>
Extract surveyed data into AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D, or other software as may be required by the project</li><li>
Prepare GIS datasets, databases and files from surveyd data using GIS Software</li><li>
Data and Information Analysis: Analyzing recorded data and providing recommendations to improve project performance.</li></ul> 

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Geographical Systems or related field.</li><li>
Min. 3 years of experience in land surveying or construction surveying.</li><li>
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) Certification.</li><li>
Proficiency in surveying software and CAD applications (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).</li><li>
Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and equipment.</li><li>
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</li><li>

About the Role
