THE WORK 
The Logistics Analyst will successfully meet and exceed customer requirements on a variety of programs using logistics tools and established processes. The primary responsibility is to support depot functions that include repair, sustainment, and supply operations supporting a variety of Lockheed Martin Programs. The Logistics analyst will meet program sustainment goals utilizing a variety of tools to track and status. Other tasks include: 
<ul><li>Work with depot and program leads/managers to establish depot support requirements.</li><li>Manage and analyze repairs to determine appropriate repair flow using proper processes and procedures.</li><li>Verify Property control measures are established and followed.
</li><li>Provide opportunities for process improvement and associated measurements</li><li>Perform logistic analysis and preparation of internal and customer reports.
</li><li>Track and manage failed part repair activities to insure overall failed part turn-around-time of less than 45 days.</li><li>Support digital transformation and 1LMX efforts.

The Logistics Analyst is responsible to support these programs by providing oversight of the strategic planning function. The Logistics Analyst is expected to take ownership of the strategic vision and execution of work for their area(s) of responsibility with a focus on continuous improvement and reduction in material touches and lost material. Required Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in a related field with 8+ years of related experience, or High School diploma with 12+ years of related experience</li><li>
Active Secret Security Clearance required</li><li>
U.S. Citizenship required</li><li>
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)</li><li>
Proficient in Adobe Acrobat (PDF creation and editing)</li><li>

 Weekend monitoring of in-transit, dragging, and uncovered loads
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor carrier performance of critical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) including award acceptance percentage, on-time arrival, on-time delivery, FPL, and carrier freight claims
 </li>
 <li>
 Communicate with carriers and plant contacts to reset or adjust shipping schedules as needed
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop and improve relationships with carrier partners by providing excellent customer service and communicating in a professional manner
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain master data within TMS and SAP to support shipping needs
 
 
 </li>
