What you'll need:
<ul><li>10+ years of experience in fixed income or 5+ years of direct experience or similar field.</li><li>
Bachelor's degree in related field required; Masters or MBA in related field preferred.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.</li><li>
Advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.</li><li>
Advanced to expert proficiency in Polypaths (or other risk management software), SQL, Bloomberg, VBA, and Python.</li><li>
Advanced to expert knowledge of fixed income markets, including mortgage cash flows, interest rate risk, prepayment and delinquency modeling. Hands-on experience trading TBAs, interest rate swaps, and futures.</li><li>
Advanced speaking and writing communication skills.</li><li>
Chartered Financial Analysts preferred.</li><li>

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $159,000.00 - $201,569.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.

Job Summary:
The Sr. Vice President has local and regional responsibility for multiple highly complex clients. This Sr. Leadership role reports directly to the Northeast Regional Managing Director. Job Summary:
The Sr. Vice President has local and regional responsibility for multiple highly complex clients. This Sr. Leadership role reports directly to the Northeast Regional Managing Director. This newly created position for the Northeast region offers a unique opportunity to develop a strategic vision and cultivate a powerful network in an area experiencing consistent and dynamic growth. In this role, you will work with Producers to help manage and grow their book of business. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in either NYC, Boston, or Albany, NY. While you will have flexibility in your work schedule, a significant number of Advisors and clients are located in and around the NYC tri-state area, making periodic client visits within the region essential. For this reason, it is highly beneficial to be located in the NYC tri-state area and have the ability to travel as needed.
Key Deliverables include:
<ul><li>Providing expert guidance on all commercial coverage lines, with specialized knowledge in Private Equity, Construction, and Real Estate. Along with your leadership experience, you should have experience servicing or providing oversight of a Commercial Lines BOB with large lines of accounts and complex P&amp;C risk.</li>
