 Deliver and plan sessions for Foundation, Development, and Potential Squads, as directed by the Operations Manager.

 Deliver technique-focused, skill-enhancing sessions aligned with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy.

 Track swimmer attendance, set individual targets, and ensure training evolves to meet their progress.
 </li>

 Promote participation in competitions, advise on event selection, and attend competitions locally and overseas as needed.

 Recruit swimmers into the squads and talent-identify athletes from our Learn to Swim program to ensure full squads and a high-quality pipeline.
