<div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">Essential Job Functions</h2></div>
<div>This position reports to the Chief of Maintenance &amp; Traffic, as does the Deputy Chief of Roadway Maintenance, Deputy Chief of Traffic &amp; Incident Maintenance, and Executive Secretary. This position has one Maintenance Management Systems Analyst direct report. This position also oversees the daily purchasing activities by the fourteen (14) Maintenance Section Clerks.
This position will require proactive management of Roadway's information systems, including Cartegraph, Shopping Carts, and Inventory.. This position constantly monitors the Department&rsquo;s budget status, reporting and advising Deputy Chiefs of Maintenance &amp; Traffic and Department heads of their budget status. This role will also work closely with the Procurement Department to ensure Roadway Maintenance and Traffic &amp; Incident Management contracts are properly managed.
This position must maintain a positive line of communication within the Tollway with all Department Managers, Procurement staff, Finance Budget Staff, and the Maintenance Site Staff. Key contacts outside of the Tollway would include Contract Vendors.
The position works closely with Procurement Buyers and Central Warehouse staff. Internal contacts include Department Chief and Deputy Chiefs, Accounts Payable, Office of Budget, Sign Shop, Traffic Center, ITS, Dispatch, Roadway Electric, Roadway Manager, and Maintenance Site Managers.
Position Responsibilities
1. Development and Management of the Maintenance and Traffic Department budget with the assistance of the individual Unit Managers. This includes working closely with the Finance Department&rsquo;s Budget Division on:
a) Coordinate the preparation of the Budget for all Maintenance &amp; Traffic Department cost centers.
b) Preparation of Budget Reports and act as liaison with the Budget Division.
c) Assemble and provide priority levels for requests for tools and equipment.
d) Provide monthly analysis of Budget expenditures.
e) Determine budget recommendations and coordinate changes and corrections with all Department Deputy Chiefs, Unit Managers and the Budget Division.
2. This position is accountable for the ongoing performance and maintenance of all computerized Systems including Cartegraph and SAP; the main objective is to manage and update this system and its subsystems to comply with current technology. Identifying and developing enhancements based on the needs of Roadway maintenance while implementing these enhancements is also a primary focus. This role will also assist Field Supervisory and Clerical Support staff on all system inputs and correcting any system errors.
3. Oversight and direct participation with Department procurements and contract monitoring. This includes tracking contract status and entering shopping cart requests for operational needs.
4. Development of detailed computerized reports using spreadsheets and word documents. These reports consist of simple to complex analysis of Roadway Maintenance, Traffic Operations, and Incident Management.
5. In a timely manner, oversee all Roadway Maintenance, Traffic Operations, and Maintenance Garage Section Clerk shopping carts, ensuring accuracy through receipt follow-up for items to be removed from the system.
6. Assist IT Asset, Warehouse Asset, and Inventory staff to ensure all equipment is assigned to their designated area and accounted for.
7. Collaborates with the Chief Engineer, Chief and Deputy Chiefs of Maintenance and Traffic, Incident Management, and Roadway Management to provide documentation and information needed for Pre-Ops and Board Meetings.
8. Other duties as assigned.</div>

The Work: 
 
The ISSM is responsible for the oversight of the information system&rsquo;s security posture. Emphasis is placed on the application and sustainment of the NIST security controls to ensure cyber security requirements are properly administered throughout the system. Boeing Classified Cybersecurity is currently seeking a highly motivated Cybersecurity &ndash; Information System Security Manager (ISSM) to join the team in Huntsville, AL.
The selected candidate will rely on cybersecurity and Information Assurance (IA) background to be a technical leader and support Enterprise activities and Boeing customers throughout multiple classified computing domains. The ISSM is responsible for ensuring all Information System Security policies, standards, and directives are enforced to support assessment, authorization and continued operation of information systems processing classified information.
Position Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Perform security analysis of operational and development environments, threats, vulnerabilities and internal interfaces to define and assess compliance with accepted industry and government standards</li><li>
Lead and implement the Assessment and Authorization (A&amp;A) processes under the Risk Managed Framework (RMF) for new and existing information systems</li><li>
Facilitate development of Memorandums of Understanding (MOU), Interconnection Security Agreements (ISA), Risk Acceptance Letters (RAL) and support Continuous Monitoring (CONMON)</li><li>
Configure management of assigned systems; auditing systems to ensure security posture integrity</li><li>
Lead staff with assessments and test/analysis data to document state of compliance with security requirements</li><li>
Conduct risk assessments and investigations, implement appropriate risk mitigations, and coordinate incident response activities</li><li>
Conduct periodic hardware/software inventory assessments</li><li>
Serve as organization spokesperson on sophisticated projects and programs</li><li>
Act as advisor to management and customers on sophisticated technical research studies</li><li>
Collaborate with the appropriate government customers, suppliers, and company personnel to implement protective mechanisms and to ensure understanding of and compliance with cybersecurity requirements</li><li>
Supervise the development and deployment of program information security for all program systems to meet the program and enterprise requirements, policies, standards, guidelines and procedures</li><li>
Handle assigned team to facilitate effective execution of Risk Management Framework (RMF)</li><li>
Provide guidance and mentor to support team within Information Security</li><li>
Lead and perform security compliance continuous monitoring</li><li>
Coordinate and participate in security assessments and audits</li><li>
Prepare, review, and present technical reports and briefings</li><li>
Identify root causes, prioritize threats and recommend and/or implement corrective action</li><li>
Explore the enterprise and industry for evolving state of industry knowledge and methods regarding information security best practices</li><li>
Lead development of enterprise-wide information security policies, standards, guidelines and procedures that may reach across multiple partner organizations</li></ul>
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):<ul><li>
Currently hold certification in good standing to satisfy IAM Level III (CISSP, GSLC, or CISM)</li><li>
5+ years of experience in cybersecurity policies and implementation of Risk Management Framework (RMF): e.g. DAAPM, CNSSI 1253, ICD-503, JSIG, or NIST SP 800 series</li></ul>
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):<ul><li>
5+ years of experience as an information system security officer (ISSO) or information system security manager (ISSM) supporting classified programs</li><li>
5+ years of experience utilizing security relevant tools, systems, and applications in support of Risk Management Framework (RMF) to include NESSUS, ACAS, DISA STIGs, SCAP, Audit Reduction, and HBSS</li><li>
5+ years of experience in assessing and documenting test or analysis data to show cyber security compliance</li></ul>

Configure, monitor and evaluate the overall performance of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), Radio Frequency (RF) sub-system and Pick-to-Light (PTL) subsystem.</li><li>
Assist Inbound Managers and Outbound Managers in determination of system modifications for improvement in merchandise flow and user productivity.</li><li>
Responsible for systems backup tape rotation and for ensuring off-site backups are stored and logged in accordance with disaster recovery policies.</li><li>
Identify, justify and communicate to corporate Information Systems Department requests for new hardware or software changes.</li><li>
Respond to immediate system issues, including telecommunications and networking issues; coordinate resources needed to resolve problems in a timely manner.</li><li>
Responsible for data collection, root-cause analysis and presentation of findings to assist operations team in correcting causes of inventory integrity inaccuracies.</li><li>
Provide decision support to operations group in the form of spreadsheets, databases and/or reports as needed.</li><li>
