This is a software engineering role first: where you will design APIs, serverless services, data flows, observability tooling, and AI-enabled workflows that support our customer and agent experience.

What You'll Do:

</li><li>Experience with GCP, AWS, or another cloud platform.
</li><li>Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Pub/Sub, or similar event systems.

They should not need a tech lead to turn every ambiguous problem into a detailed task list.
