Position Overview:
The Senior Systems Analyst (Yardi) will be the subject matter expert for Yardi, and will work with end users to understand requirements and develop solutions using a variety of tools and techniques. <ul><li>Troubleshoot Yardi application issues and escalate to senior staff or vendors when necessary.
</li><li>Provide frontline support for tier 1 and 2 support requests via our helpdesk system related to Yardi and Yardi integrations.
</li><li>Manage user accounts, permissions, and licensing requirements, adhering to SOX audit controls and defined access request/new hire provisioning processes.
</li><li>Monitor system stability to ensure a high level of reliability and provide technical guidance to identify system deficiencies and implement corrective actions.
</li><li>Analyze application feature requests and propose solutions with both customers and vendors.
</li><li>Assist in coordinating Yardi enhancements, upgrades, patches, and testing according to established change management processes.
</li><li>Notify management of project risks and impediments and collaborate with team members to meet project goals and timelines.
</li><li>Create SQL queries and custom reports based on business reporting requirements.
</li><li>Administer various Yardi products such as YardiOne, Elevate, and Voyager, ensuring proper setup and integration.

</li></ul>Qualifications:
A qualified candidate is typically expected to have:
<ul><li>5+ years of business application experience or Information Technology and familiarity with current business analysis principles and practices
</li><li>Experience with Yardi Voyager 7 or 8.
</li><li>Yardi report writing and database schema expertise.
</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead solutions that solve business problems and influence team approaches.
</li><li>Experience planning and managing the orderly implementation of system changes.
</li><li>Experience with Microsoft SQL queries.
</li><li>In-Depth knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite software.

Leads the inventory management process and inventory data accuracy throughout the Retail Distribution Centers, which includes receiving, shipping, returns, and cycle count process. Creates policies and procedures for the management of inventory and the consistent implementation and execution throughout all Retail divisions. Provides analytical reviews and summaries of critical data used in making decisions, which impact the overall management of inventory at the Retail Divisions. Assesses procedures to ensure effective financial reserves for obsolete inventory throughout Retail divisions. Provides training to teammates at Retail divisions to enable consistent execution of inventory processes, policies, and procedures.

What you'll do as a Transportation and Systems Analyst:
 
<ul><li>Complete static, cyclical, and seasonal routing using provided routing software.
</li><li>Create baseline data and full routing complement to Dispatchers and Transportation Managers using routing software.</li><li>
Provide divisional support and technical assistance for transportation systems, including but not limited to user updates, data management, and system maintenance.

Qualifications you'll bring as a Transportation and Systems Analyst:
 
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.</li><li>
Three or more years of relevant experience in dispatching, freight management/brokerage, or process engineering.</li><li>
Knowledge of routing software is a plus.
</li><li>Understanding of fleet tracking software PeopleNet knowledge a plus.
</li><li>Solid working knowledge of data management tools, including databases and spreadsheets particularly SQL, Access, and Excel; be functional with other Microsoft Office programs Word, Outlook).
</li><li>Be able to provide 24-7 transportation systems support.
</li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely.
