Support establishment of the Windows Server security infrastructure design, implementation, and migration planning and fielding.</p></li><li><p>
Provide support for Microsoft Windows Server 2016/ 2019 platform and functions</p></li><li><p>
Manage SCCM/ MECM platform to support customer requests for agent installation and tuning monitors and rules.</p></li><li><p>
Participate in new installations, testing and special projects as needed.</p></li><li><p>

Maintain smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including coordination with multiple levels of users, stakeholders, management, and customers alike.</p></li><li><p>

Recommend and implement system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system including installing, upgrading/patching, monitoring, problem resolution, and configuration management.</p></li><li><p>
Create and maintain user and computer accounts and modify file permissions and security access lists.</p></li><li><p>
Test new releases of products to ensure compatibility and minimize user impact.</p></li><li><p>
Develop and document technical processes and procedures as needed.</p></li><li><p>
Adhere to strict Information Systems security guidelines in all cases.</p></li><li><p>
Maintain security audit and logging information on all classified networked and standalone computers as directed by the Information Systems Security Manager (ISSM).</p></li><li><p>
Prepare security documentation for Cyber Security review and approval.</p></li><li><p>
Prepare and support team members, who are currently on work-related travel for back-end support; with maintaining smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, including interfacing with users to diagnose and resolve issues, open trouble tickets, and coordination with senior network administrators.</p></li><li><p>
Report project status as required for all recurring and non-recurring efforts.</p></li><li><p>
Works under minimal direction and independently determines and develops approach to solutions.</p></li><li><p>
Ancillary duties may include setting up administrator and service accounts, maintaining system documentation, tuning system performance, installing system wide software and allocating mass storage space.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to travel (about 10%) and support offsite activities when required and 24x7 on-call support during critical test phases.</p></li><li><p>
Ability to work after hours and weekends as needed.</p></li><li><p>

Basic Qualifications:</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>

Primary Level Salary Range: $142,200.00 - $213,400.00<p></p>
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.<p></p>
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.
