</p><p></p><ul><li>Create complete drawing and submittal packages for low voltage system projects as directed by the Construction Manager</li><li>
Collaborate with the Construction Manager to develop and maintain drawing schedules and provide departmental support during the project process.</li><li>
Ensure all documents and designs are complete within budget constraints.</li><li>
Attend weekly meetings with Projects and Sales teams to coordinate efforts and share updates.</li><li>
Perform final material take-offs for devices and panel components to generate accurate bill of materials and update associated work orders in project management software.</li><li>
Prepare Owner Documentation packages, manage drawing storage and filing, and create system service files.</li><li>
Provide estimating support and technical expertise to the sales debarment as needed.</li><li>
Conduct field surveys to gather site data and verify system requirements.</li><li>
Maintain accurate time sheets for proper time allocation and project costing.</li><li>
Demonstrate punctuality and consistently provide a full day&rsquo;s work.</li><li>

Job Requirements:</b></p><p>
</p><ul><li>Associate&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Aided Drafting and Design (CADD) or related field.</li><li>
Strong computer skills with extensive knowledge of design software, especially AutoCAD and Visio.</li><li>
Ability to sit for extended periods and use hands to operate computer equipment efficiently.</li><li>
Capability to make sound decisions based on design specifications and code requirements.</li><li>
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively to solve problems and establish project timelines and budgets.</li><li>
Solid understanding of mathematics, engineering principles, and industry standards.</li><li>
Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites as required.</li><li>
Proficiency in Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite.</li><li>
Reliable transportation is required to travel between office and field locations.</li><li>
Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.</li><li>
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>
A team player with leadership qualities and a proactive, motivated attitude.</li><li>
Eagerness to learn and stay current with industry and engineering standards.</li><li>
