In this role, you will have the opportunity to act as a design authority for an engineering discipline and provide supervisory guidance to a team of engineers. As an Engineering Discipline Manager you will:<ul><li>

8+ years experience working in or leading engine control or similar systems which include hardware, software, test equipment, and firmware.</li><li>

Experience with product test, design and manufacturing yields and analysis</li><li>
Experience with obsolescence management, field reliability and working with customers</li><li>

Pay Information 
Full-Time Salary Range: $108787 - $184937 
 
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
