EXAMPLE OF DUTIES
 The Division of Accounting, Finance and Operations is seeking a proven leader with customer service experience with financial systems and payroll operations for the Payroll Systems Manager role. The ideal candidate will possess experience in both hands-on payroll processing, as well as technical IT systems support. The Payroll Systems Manager is the primary customer service contact for system users and provides advanced functional support for all functions of payroll processing in Oracle ERP and HCM payroll modules and related reporting systems, including configuring, testing, and maintaining system components. The position collaborates closely with departments such as Human Resources, Finance, and IT to address system integration issues, optimize technical payroll processes, and implement system improvements.The Payroll System Manager leads testing cycles for system upgrades, ensures comprehensive documentation, and maintains compliance with internal controls and audit standards.
