Verify identities and control access to secure areas</li><li>
React quickly to threats or incidents</li><li>
Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras</li><li>
Document incidents and actions taken</li><li>
Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks</li><li>
Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents</li><li>
Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property</li></ul>
Qualifications of Tactical Security Guard<ul><li>
Be authorized to work in the U.S.</li><li>
Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED</li><li>
Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process</li><li>
First aid certification is an asset</li><li>
Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift</li><li>
Must have military, law enforcement, or Level 2 security experience, or be currently enrolled in or have completed an Associate&rsquo;s or Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or Peace Officer &amp; Public Safety.</li><li>
You are Level 2 certified or willing to get Level 2 certification.</li><li>
You have a state license if required.</li><li>
You have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.</li></ul>

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Provide customer service to clients, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a financial services location.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the building, controlled access areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential concerns.</li>
<li>Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or authorizations, and report suspicious behavior, unattended items, and policy violations in accordance with site protocols.</li>
<li>Support security-related operations for a financial institution by maintaining a visible presence, following post orders, and completing required reports and logs accurately and on time.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>An Armed Guard Card and/or license is required.</li>
<li>A Guard Card and/or license is preferred.</li>
<li>Customer service experience is preferred.</li>
<li>CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.</li>
<li>Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Participate in industry-specific security training programs.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
<li>A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.</li></ul>
