The Recruiting Coordinator's primary location is out of our Warren, Michigan station. You will be responsible for the development of partnerships and sourcing for licensed team members in both Michigan and Ohio. Recruitment<ul><li>
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for positions across NetWitness and other Portfolio Companies operating in Egypt, from requisition approval through offer acceptance.
</li><li>Partner with hiring managers across multiple Portfolio Companies to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
</li><li>Draft and post job advertisements across multiple recruitment platforms.
</li><li>Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, employee referrals, networking, and other sourcing channels.
</li><li>Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate candidates against role requirements.
</li><li>Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
</li><li>Prepare and extend employment offers in partnership with the HR team.
</li><li>Coordinate pre-employment checks and onboarding activities for new hires.
</li><li>Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
</li>Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring activity, and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements 
<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of combined experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition.
</li><li>Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
</li><li>Proven experience managing full-cycle recruitment across technical, sales, and corporate functions.
</li><li>Experience working in a multinational or international organization is preferred.
</li><li>Strong interviewing, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.
</li><li>Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
</li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
</li><li>Excellent written and verbal English communication skills are essential. Ability to communicate confidently with employees, hiring managers, and senior leadership in a multinational environment. Arabic language skills are considered an asset.
</li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HRIS platforms, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
