Develop and implement comprehensive membership acquisition and retention strategies to meet annual growth targets.</li><li>
Lead a team responsible for membership recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts.</li><li>
Analyze membership data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives aimed at increasing member engagement.</li><li>
Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective members, ensuring their needs are met and concerns addressed.</li><li>
Oversee the development of membership materials, including newsletters, communications, and promotional materials.</li><li>
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of membership programs and initiatives, making recommendations for improvement as needed.</li><li>
