Qualifications 
<ul><li>
2&ndash;3 years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within a fast-paced tech, fintech or startup environment.</li><li>
Hands-on experience hiring across multiple technical roles (Backend &amp; Frontend,Mobile, DevOps, Data, QA, Product,etc).</li><li>
Strong headhunting skills and expertise in using advanced techniques, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub and other platforms to identify top technical talent.</li><li>
Strong ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
