 PAY RANGE
 
 
 
 The Target Pay Range for this position is $96,900.00-$118,400.00 annually. The full Pay Range is $75,300.00 - $140,100.00 annually. At BECU, compensation decisions are determined using factors such as relevant job-related skills, experience, and education or training. Should an offer for employment be made, we will consider individual qualifications. In addition to your salary, compensation incentives are available for the hired applicant.  As the Talent Sourcer at BECU, you&rsquo;ll play a pivotal role in building and maintaining diverse talent pipelines across multiple business areas by applying advanced sourcing techniques, innovative tools and strategies, and direct, in-person engagement. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition, you&rsquo;ll own BECU&rsquo;s sourcing and engagement model for Corporate, Operations and other business areas (both technical and non-technical roles)&mdash;enabling the Talent Acquisition team to connect with high-quality passive talent faster and more cost-effectively.
