What You'll Do:<ul><li>
Develop relationships with staff and leaders to understand our culture, projects, and talent. Utilize that knowledge in supporting recruiting activities, employee engagement, and employee retention.</li><li>
Post and track open positions/requisitions on company website and various sourcing outlets in accordance with our branding guidelines and established budget.</li><li>
Act as a positive point of contact and brand ambassador, promoting company&rsquo;s reputation as &ldquo;best place to work&rdquo;.</li><li>
Screen candidate resumes and job applications in ATS (JazzHR) as directed. Assess applicants&rsquo; relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes by comparing qualifications to job requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate the logistics of candidate presentation, scheduling interviews and providing background information to key stake holders, follow-up feedback and checking references.</li><li>
Monitor and apply HR best practices for process consistency, ensuring recruiting and onboarding is consistently executed so nothing gets dropped.</li><li>
Engage with staff/hiring managers as needed to keep the process moving in a positive, productive manner. Respond to candidates with follow up emails at the end of the recruiting process.</li><li>
Coordinate university/college recruiting program.</li><li>
Develop and update job postings and job descriptions as directed.</li><li>
Coordinate onboarding program; prepare and update new hire material.</li><li>
Coordinate events to facilitate inclusion and engagement.</li><li>
Be available Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm and collaborate with administrative staff across the firm to contribute to a positive and productive work environment. This position is eligible for hybrid work after a period of on-site orientation.</li></ul>

Excellent attention to detail and demonstrable accuracy, with excellent organization and follow-up skills.</li><li>
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision, while also working collaboratively with team and within established protocols.</li></ul> 
Your Qualifications:<ul><li>
2 years&rsquo; proven work experience supporting recruiting and hiring activities.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software (HRIS).</li><li>
2 years' experience in employee engagement, employee experience, or other related HR disciplines preferred.</li><li>
Working knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements as they relate to recruiting and hiring preferred.</li><li>
Experience in professional services firms preferred.</li><li>
Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without any restrictions. Please note that visa sponsorship is not offered for this position.</li></ul> 
We offer a competitive compensation package based on experience and qualifications. Excellent benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage. Pay range: $24.00 - $36.00/hour depending on qualifications. Placement within this pay range will be determined by factors such as education, qualifications, project complexity and/or experience. The maximum is reserved for candidates who currently meet all job requirements.
