Partner with SSC leaders and PCBPs to host Talent Reviews and Calibration Meetings for Sr. Manager and below.</li><li>
Assist with creating and maintaining succession and development plans for Senior Manager critical positions and HiPo talent.</li><li>
Support managers in utilizing tools and frameworks to assess and drive employee performance.</li><li>
Assist in the design of performance improvement plans and career development pathways for employees.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Data &amp; Reporting</b>:</p><ul><li>
Help track talent data and compile reports to identify trends and development needs.</li><li>
Collect and analyze feedback from current talent management processes to improve future programs.</li><li>

Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.</li><li>

Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and performance management tools, preferably Workday.</li><li>
Comfortable with building company-wide and executive-facing materials, preferably with strong PowerPoint skills.</li><li>
