The Talent Manager, Retail is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts across the HUGO BOSS Retail business in the United States and Canada. This role partners closely with retail leadership to attract, assess, and hire top talent that supports business objectives and drives organizational success.</p>

<li>Partner with business leaders to proactively identify target candidate profiles and align recruitment strategies with evolving business needs to attract top talent.</li>

<li>Support the administration of appropriate assessments and reference/background checking and extend offer of employment and create/deliver employment offer letters.</li>
<li>Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment efforts for short-term and long-term temporary needs.</li>
<li>Manages internal transfer processes, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, etc.</li>
<li>Following up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.</li>
<li>Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.</li>
<li>Manage the Open Jobs Report and Global Reporting.</li>
<li>Manage agency relationships ensuring that the best interests of the company are always in mind.</li>
<li>Remains updated on all local and state legislative changes relating to employment screening and job offering.</li>
<li>Own and manage reporting metrics such as time to fill, sourcing channel, retention rate, cost of hire, and report on a reoccurring frequency.</li>
<li>Optimize sourcing and interviewing strategies to improve recruiting metrics and drive business impact (e.g., response rates, screen volume, conversion rates, time to fill, hire rate, hires, candidate and manager NPS, cost per hire, retention).</li>
<li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the team in the areas of learning &amp; development, team culture, recruiting processes, cross-functional collaboration, and data analysis.</li>

The Talent Acquisition Manager plays a pivotal role in attracting, engaging, and hiring exceptional talent to support the successful pre-opening and ongoing operations of the resort. This role is responsible for leading end-to-end recruitment, employer branding, workforce planning, stakeholder management, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labour regulations and Saudisation objectives.</p><p>
Working closely with department leaders, the Talent Acquisition Manager will build high-performing teams that embody Rosewood's culture, values, and commitment to excellence.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities</b></p><div></div><div><br>

Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with the resort's pre-opening and operational hiring plans.</li><li>
Build proactive talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill positions.</li><li>
Partner with department heads to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.</li><li>
Develop sourcing strategies across local, regional, and international markets</li><li>
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition approval through onboarding.</li><li>
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout every stage of the recruitment process.</li><li>
Conduct competency-based interviews and support hiring managers in candidate selection.</li><li>
Coordinate assessment centres, recruitment campaigns, career fairs, and open days.</li><li>
Maintain accurate recruitment records and applicant tracking systems.</li><li>
Strengthen Rosewood AMAALA's employer brand across digital platforms and recruitment channels.</li><li>
Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to attract high-calibre hospitality professionals.</li><li>
Build relationships with hospitality schools, universities, and industry partners.</li><li>
Represent Rosewood at recruitment events and networking opportunities.</li><li>
Support the achievement of Saudisation targets across all departments.</li><li>
Develop initiatives to attract, recruit, and retain Saudi nationals.</li><li>
Build partnerships with government agencies, universities, and local training institutions.</li><li>
Monitor compliance with localisation requirements and provide recruitment recommendations.</li><li>
Manage relationships with international recruitment agencies and executive search firms.</li><li>
Negotiate recruitment terms and monitor agency performance.</li><li>
Ensure all recruitment partners comply with Rosewood standards and ethical recruitment practices.</li></ul></div><p><b>
Qualifications and Requirements</b></p><div><ul><li>
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.</li><li>
Professional HR or Recruitment certification is advantageous (CIPD, SHRM, AIRS, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification, etc.).</li><li>
Minimum 5&ndash;7 years of Talent Acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li><li>
Luxury hotel or resort recruitment experience is highly preferred.</li><li>
Pre-opening hospitality experience is a strong advantage.</li></ul></div>
