 As an Influencer Talent Manager, you will be responsible for managing the careers of our creators, helping them grow their audience and monetise their content. Using our in-house software and your own expertise, you will also be responsible for negotiating deals with brands/record labels and developing content strategies for our clients.

Support project planning, coordination and communication for top talent programs</li><li>
Provide talent advisory services including interfacing with Sr. business and HR leaders to plan executive sessions, supporting talent data management, and project managing new talent programs</li><li>
Enables the scaling of data driven decisions using PepsiCo assessments and insights while managing competing business needs</li><li>
Proactively plan across distinct workstreams to balance competing timeframes, priorities and timeline changes</li><li>
Engages in thought leadership to support TM Leadin building the strategic talent agenda</li><li>
Support talent planning practices through building talent data files, supporting project management and other talent initiatives</li><li>
Conduct necessary research on various topics / items for client interventions</li><li>
Data management &amp; analysis: Aid in the collection and review of talent and organizational data, identify trends and strategic insights, communicate/present findings to guide talent agenda</li><li>
Interface with our HR systems and reports, including input of talent data into MyP&amp;D</li><li>
Process Integration: Works closely with the TMCI team and TMOD leads to ensure fully integrated connections across programs and processes</li><li>
Demonstrate strong partnership while working with the corporate COE and other sector talent management teams</li><li>
Demonstrate strong communication skills (both verbal and written) to collaborate and influence key parties</li></ul>
Qualifications:
<ul><li>Bachelor degree or experience
</li><li>8+ years experience</li><li>Highly motivated individual with excellent communication, influencing, and follow up skills</li><li>Proven leadership capability with a track record of leading and influencing across diverse, multi-level audiences</li><li>Experience with navigating Global and Local teams to accomplish objectives</li><li>Strong analytical and research skills; familiarity with statistical software is a plus</li><li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li><li>General problem solving and gap analysis skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong attention to detail</li><li>Strong organization/time management skills and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously</li><li>Self-starter with proven ability to work independently with little or no supervision.</li><li>Must have strong sense of urgency</li></ul></div>

The Talent Enablement Manager supports the delivery of scalable, consistent Talent Management operations across the enterprise.</p><p></p><p><br>
Reporting to the Head of Talent Management Operations, this role focuses on improving how work gets done across the talent lifecycle (recruiting and onboarding, learning, talent management practices). You will help streamline workflows, introduce practical AI-enabled solutions, strengthen execution discipline, and improve visibility into program performance.</p><p></p><p><br>
This role is ideal for an operationally strong, AI-curious leader who enjoys building smarter processes, reducing manual effort, and helping teams work more efficiently.</p><p></p><p><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Do</b></p><ul><li>
Lead a Talent Enablement team responsible for high-volume operational workflows that support Talent programs.</li><li>
Identify and implement practical AI and automation solutions to simplify work (e.g., GPT-based assistants, workflow tools, reporting enhancements).</li><li>
Standardize processes and establish clear SOPs to improve consistency and quality.</li><li>
Track performance metrics and build simple dashboards that increase transparency into delivery and outcomes.</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement efforts to reduce friction, improve service levels, and enhance the employee experience.</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
What You&rsquo;ll Bring</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred</li><li>
5+ years of experience in Talent Operations, HR Operations, Learning Operations, or a related field.</li><li>
Experience leading workstreams or managing a small team in a service-oriented environment.</li><li>
Strong process mindset with the ability to spot inefficiencies and improve workflows.</li><li>
Comfort working with data and translating metrics into actionable insights.</li><li>
Interest in AI tools and automation, with experience applying them to improve productivity.</li><li>

Actual base salary will be determined based on several factors but not limited to individual&rsquo;s experience, skills, qualifications, and job location.
