JOB SUMMARY
The Associate Recruiter is responsible for assisting with human resources functions for the school district. This position will be part of a team responsible for screening, hiring, onboarding, data collection, record keeping, and other administrative tasks. This will be achieved by partnering with human resources personnel, principals, and other District administrators and supervisors to ensure the completion of assignments in a timely and accurate manner. 
QUALIFICATIONS
Required Education and Experience:<ul><li>
Some college coursework and 2 years of relevant working experience or an associate degree.</li><li>
1 year of Recruitment experience OR 1 year of transferable experience.</li><li>
Tech savviness and advanced Excel skills for data tracking/reporting, and ability to use technology to keep organized, including OneNote, Microsoft TEAMS, Outlook, and other key Microsoft Office applications.</li><li>
Experience in recruiting at all levels of the organization, from entry-level to administrative.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:<ul><li>

Monitors the HR Careers' email address and phone communications.</li><li>
Effectively communicates with candidates about job requirements, collecting required documents for recruitment and compliance purposes.</li><li>
Ensures compliance by verifying candidates&rsquo; certification, licensure, permits, approvals, and qualifications.</li><li>
Collaborate with the HR Staffing Team to ensure compliance with district policies, state regulations, and employment laws.</li><li>
Maintain confidential employee records and ensure all required hiring documents are accurately and properly filed in employee records.</li><li>
Compiles, tracks, and reports data as requested.</li><li>
Assists with auditing candidates&rsquo; personnel files.</li><li>
Assists with employment fairs, educator expos and community hiring events as needed.</li><li>
Ensure that the recruiting process complies with employment laws and regulations.</li><li>
Available to work nights and weekends as needed and travel in-state to fairs during the high recruitment season.</li><li>
Consistently demonstrate dependable attendance and punctuality.</li><li>

Key Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition:

Brasfield &amp; Gorrie is looking for a Craft Recruiter &ndash; Apprenticeship Programs to help grow our pipeline of entry-level craft talent. This role focuses on building relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce partners to support hiring needs and strengthen Brasfield &amp; Gorrie&rsquo;s Field Apprenticeship Program.</div><div> 
This person will help connect students and early-career candidates to real opportunities in construction while partnering with field leaders and recruiting teams to support long-term workforce needs.</div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
What You&rsquo;ll Do</h3><ul><li>
Build relationships with high schools, technical colleges, community colleges, and workforce development partners</li><li>
Support recruiting efforts tied to Brasfield &amp; Gorrie&rsquo;s Field Apprenticeship Program</li><li>
Represent Brasfield &amp; Gorrie at career fairs, school visits, classroom presentations, jobsite tours, and community events</li><li>
Identify and engage candidates interested in construction careers</li><li>
Screen candidates and guide them through the hiring process</li><li>
Partner with field leaders, hiring managers, and recruiting teams to understand workforce needs</li><li>
Maintain candidate activity and recruiting data in iCIMS and related systems</li><li>
Help create a strong experience for students and entry-level craft candidates</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"> 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li>
Experience in recruiting, workforce development, school partnerships, or community outreach</li><li>
Construction, craft, or skilled trades recruiting experience preferred</li><li>
Experience working with high schools, technical schools, or community colleges preferred</li><li>
Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills</li><li>
Experience using an applicant tracking system, preferably iCIMS</li><li>
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred</li><li>
Proficiency in Microsoft Office</li><li>
Willingness to travel throughout the assigned area</li><li>
High school diploma or GED required; degree or relevant certifications are a plus</li></ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader">
