Core Job Responsibilities</h2></div><div>
Leadership and Team Management: Provide direct supervision, coaching, and performance management for Talent Acquisition Partners and Employment Coordinators. Establishes clear goals, service standards, and accountability measures. Conduct performance evaluations, assists with time off and payroll functions, support professional development, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration. Makes recommendations on assignments for areas of coverage for Talent team, and will assist with Talent workloads as needed.
Training and Development: Training and skill development on full cycle recruitment to the TA team and management at meetings on behalf of Talent Acquisition and Human Resources. Utilizes metrics and observation to assess competency and provides appropriate feedback and coaching.
Data Analytics: Assist in assessing and implementing appropriate Talent related metrics, partners with HRIS to create useful reports, uses analytics to measure and monitor ongoing talent acquisition programs and customer satisfaction, operational effectiveness, efficiency and return on investments by gathering actionable data and conducting qualitative and quantitative analysis.
Consult: Consult with organizational leaders to define their strategic workforce needs as a foundation for understanding their recruitment needs. Trains and support Talent team in assisting hiring managers with establishing value propositions which will be used to campaign for positions open for recruitment.
Sourcing: Develop and leverage appropriate sourcing techniques to cultivate a talent pool of qualified candidates. Makes recommendation on new sourcing approaches and successfully implements and trains Talent team.
Community Sourcing: Directs and supports Talent Acquisition in building relationships with professional organizations, colleges and schools, community agencies in order to identify and recruit a diverse slate of candidates for all positions.
Marketing/Advertising: In collaboration with the Director of Talent, Marketing and the hiring manager, created compelling value proposition/advertising material for sourcing, special events and advertising.
Compensation: Assures Talent Acquisition team is following established compensation tools and guidelines to determine compensation offers, which may include performing equity analysis, assessing loan repayment, relocation and sign on bonus options.
Benefits: Partners with benefits manager to plan to assure that Talent team is providing accurate and complete information related to all benefits and discounts, provides guidance and recommendations to benefits on identified Total Reward improvements following market trends and highlighting us an employer of choice.

Job Summary 
 
Our Talent Managers work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. Talent Managers market our services via telephone, video and by conducting in-person meetings with hiring managers and decision-makers in accounting and finance departments. Additional responsibilities include: recruiting, interviewing and matching highly skilled finance and accounting professionals with clients&rsquo; projects, contract assignments and contract to full-time opportunities; managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates; and participating in local trade association and networking events to increase Robert Half&rsquo;s presence in the local business community. 
 
Qualifications:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree preferred.</li><li>
1+ years finance and accounting experience preferred.</li><li>
2+ years&rsquo; experience with Business Development in a Metrics Driven environment. At least one with success in developing new business in a multi‐call, multi‐decision maker environment.</li><li>
Prior success marketing to and closing top level decision makers at small/medium sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships.
</li><li>Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).</li><li>
Knowledge and familiarity with finance and accounting department operations.</li><li>
Positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach.</li></ul>

ABOUT THIS ROLE 
We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (Tech &amp; Product) with a strong track record of hiring for software engineering, product management, and digital roles. 
This individual brings deep expertise in technical sourcing, market mapping, and stakeholder management, with the ability to engage and close both active and passive candidates in competitive talent markets. You will act as a strategic partner to hiring leaders across our Digital organization, influencing hiring decisions and driving best-in-class recruitment practices. 
This is a hybrid position based in Denver, CO or Dallas, TX. 
ROLES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Own and manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and product roles (e.g., Software Engineers, Product Managers, Data Analysts, DevOps, UX/UI)</li><li>
Partner closely with engineering, product, and business leaders to deeply understand hiring needs, team structures, and technical requirements</li><li>
Translate business needs into clear job descriptions, hiring strategies, and interview frameworks</li><li>
Lead intake sessions, define sourcing strategies, and advise on talent market trends (compensation, availability, competition)</li><li>
Conduct technical sourcing using advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and other niche platforms</li><li>
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and hard-to-fill roles, with a proactive and data-driven approach</li><li>
Screen candidates with a solid understanding of technical concepts, architectures, and product methodologies</li><li>
Deliver a high-quality candidate experience, from first contact through offer negotiation and closing</li><li>
Partner with global TA teams to standardize processes, tools, and best practices</li><li>

POSITION REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>
5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong focus on technical and/or product hiring</li><li>
Proven experience recruiting for roles such as Software Engineering, Product Management, Data/BI, Cloud, or DevOps</li><li>
Strong expertise in technical sourcing, including Boolean search, talent mapping, and use of platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, and similar</li><li>
Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts (e.g., programming languages, system architecture, SDLC, agile methodologies)</li><li>
Experience working with ATS systems (e.g., Oracle Cloud, Jobvite) and recruiting tools</li><li>
Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior hiring managers and challenge hiring assumptions</li><li>
