We are currently hiring a Clinical Talent Sourcing Specialist to support our client in the Biopharmaceutical Industry.
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader">The Role</h3>
Talent Sourcers play a key role in our clients&rsquo; success by partnering with Hiring Managers and Recruiters and developing effective, consultative, professional relationships with them. Through asking the right questions to ensure a detailed understanding of the client and each role, and by leveraging data, historic hiring trends, and market analysis, Talent Sourcers develop bespoke sourcing strategies and then use a range of tools and techniques to find the best talent in the market.

Talent Sourcers are brand ambassadors for our clients, bringing each opportunity to life with candidates in a compelling and authentic way to ensure they are qualified, interested, and engaged before being presented to the Hiring Manager. Position Summary:

The Sourcing Specialist, Talent Acquisition is responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and building relationships with passive talent across UGI's key hiring disciplines ahead of open requisitions. Working upstream of the full-cycle recruiting process, this role partners closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and the TA Program Manager to develop and maintain robust candidate pipelines that reduce time-to-fill and ensure a consistent flow of qualified talent. The Sourcer leverages sourcing intelligence platforms, market insights, and targeted outreach strategies to surface high-quality candidates and deliver a strong, employer brand-aligned candidate experience from first contact. 


Essential Functions:

<li>Identify and engage passive candidates across platforms &mdash; LinkedIn, Indeed, industry forums, niche job boards, and sourcing intelligence tools &mdash; developing tailored sourcing strategies for specific role profiles.</li>
