The Bureau also administers the Illinois Estate and Generation Skipping Transfer Tax. The Bureau reviews all Illinois estate tax returns and litigates estate tax issues in state court as needed.</p></div><p></p>

<p></p><div><p>The Revenue Litigation Bureau is seeking candidates with an interest in Estate Tax. Candidates must be licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois at the time of application.</p><p>

A strong candidate will have sound judgment, a commitment to public service and an interest in tax audits and litigation work.
