Responsible for putting up equipment and organizing essential resources at the start of a lesson.</p><p>&middot; Fosters the participation in the academic processes during Support Sessions.</p><p>&middot; Update the Main Teacher /Grade level Coordinator about any significant episode or incident related to the classroom or SPA classes.(student illness, long absenteeism without intimation, any physical problems)</p><p>&middot; To observe students&rsquo; performance and to provide the teacher with valuable inputs regarding obstacles to learning encountered by students, and the effectiveness of classroom processes.</p><p>&middot; Prepare and receive homework files.</p><p>&middot; Maintains eye contact, moves around the class and interacts with students.</p><p><b>Student Administration</b></p><p>&middot; Be responsible for emotional and physical well being of each and every child.</p><p>&middot; Should be approachable and treats students fairly and objectively.</p><p>&middot; Inculcate discipline in and out of the classroom.</p><p>&middot; Treat children with dignity and respect.</p><p>&middot; Ensure that all children pay attention to the lesson plan delivered.</p><p>&middot; Seeks to enable students to become more independent learners.
