  , you will be responsible for managing and growing the product related aspects of the renewals business for HCLSoftware products. You will work closely with our most valued High Touch customers, and other customers when required, ensuring their continued product satisfaction and enabling maximum renewal rates.   1. Develop and implement product-related strategies to achieve high renewal rates and minimize attrition.

Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, Technology or related field. Masters preferred.</li><li>

Exposure to and experience from the heavy asset industry related to Oil &amp; Gas, petrochemicals or energy is required</b></li><li>
